Hudson Votes for a Prosperous Future

WASHINGTON- U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) issued the following statement today after the House passed the “Path to Prosperity” FY2014 budget:

“Today the House passed a responsible, balanced budget that puts us on the path to create millions of jobs, finally pay off our debts, and strengthen our important entitlement programs. The American people deserve a government that puts the needs of its citizens first, and this budget roadmap increases opportunity for our citizens at every turn. House Republicans are proposing and advancing solutions to fix our spending problem, and will continue to do so, in order to ensure a bright economic future for generations to come. I only hope the President and Senate are ready to join us in these efforts.”
