If you can't get an answer from a federal agency in a timely fashion, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, our office may be able to help resolve a problem or get you the information you need. While we cannot guarantee you a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem.

Federal law requires that you fill out a privacy waiver form in order for our staff to assist you. Please print and fill out the form and return it to the district office. The form can be found by clicking this link.

More than likely, your case will be processed in the district office nearest to you. You should send the form to the appropriate district office so that your request can be processed as quickly as possible. The district offices are your best resource for handling casework. Satellite Office Hours:

Dr. Abraham's staff conducts monthly satellite office hours in a town in your parish. This provides you with an opportunity to meet with caseworkers about federal issues without having to travel to a district office. See below for the schedule of district office hours:

Avoyelles Parish: Avoyelles Parish Police Jury meeting room, 312 N. Main St., Marksville, from 9 – 11 a.m. on the first Wednesday of every month.

Caldwell Parish: Caldwell Parish Courthouse Annex conference room, 201 Main St., Columbia from 9 – 11:30 a.m. on the third Tuesday of every month.

Catahoula Parish: Catahoula Parish Police Jury meeting room, 301 Bushley St., No. 104, Harrisonburg, from 1 – 3 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month.

Concordia Parish: Concordia Parish Courthouse Police Jury conference room, 4001 Carter St., Vidalia, from 9 – 11 a.m. on the third Tuesday of every month.

East Carroll Parish: East Carroll Parish Sheriff’s Office meeting room, 301 First St., Lake Providence, from 9 -11:30 a.m. on the second Tuesday of every month.

East Feliciana: East Feliciana Parish Police Jury Office, 12064 Marston St., Clinton, from 10 a.m. to noon on the first and third Thursday of each month.

Grant Parish: Grant Parish Police Jury meeting room, 200 Main St., Colfax, from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. on the second Tuesday of every month.

Jackson Parish: Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office annex meeting room, 601 South Cooper St., Jonesboro, from 2 – 4:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month.

Tangipahoa: Tangipahoa Parish Government, 206 Mulberry St., Amite, from 9-11 a.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.

Tensas Parish: Tensas Parish Courthouse Police jury room, 12 Hancock St., St. Joseph, from 9 – 11:30 a.m. on the fourth Tuesday of every month.

Washington: Sherriff Randy Seal Sub Station, 302 Masonic Dr., Bogalusa, from 10 a.m. – noon and Franklinton City Call, 301 11th Ave., Franklinton, from 1 – 3 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.

West Carroll Parish: West Carroll Parish Courthouse Police Jury room, 1074 South Briggs St., Oak Grove, from 2 – 4:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month.

West Feliciana: West Feliciana Parish Courthouse, 4789 Prosperity St., St. Francisville, from 1-3 p.m. on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
