Transportation and Infrastructure Committee
The Transportation and Infrastructure Committee has jurisdiction over all modes of transportation including aviation, maritime and waterborne transportation, highways, bridges, mass transit, and railroads. As a member of the committee, Stacey will continue to push for improvements to critical infrastructure in the U.S. Virgin Islands and the insular areas, as well as the development of economically depressed rural and urban areas.

• Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation
The Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation conducts oversight of the United States Coast Guard, the Service responsible for enforcing the Nation’s laws on waters under U.S. jurisdiction and on the high seas. The Subcommittee also has jurisdiction over the regulation of ocean shipping and the enforcement of the Jones Act.

• Economic Development, Public Buildings, and Emergency Management
The Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings, and Emergency Management conducts oversight of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Department of Homeland Security’s other disaster management responsibilities including the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Assistance Act and its mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery programs.

Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is responsible for investigating fraud, waste, and abuse and for providing oversight over the federal government. As a member of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Stacey employs her skills as a former prosecutor to ensure accountability and transparency both within government and private sector entities whose operations impact the Virgin Islands community and communities across America.

• The Interior, Energy and Environment
Stacey serves as Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on The Interior, Energy, and Environment for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. As Ranking Member, Stacey works to ensure transparency and accountability in the federal government's role in protecting America’s natural resources. The Subcommittee on the Interior, Energy, and Environment, has oversight jurisdiction over energy policy, public lands, environmental policy, fish and wildlife, mining, energy development, pollution, and related regulations.

• Healthcare, Benefits, and Administrative Rules
The Subcommittee on Healthcare, Benefits and Administrative Rules has oversight jurisdiction over federal health care policy and the Department of Health and Human Services, Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.

Committee on Agriculture
The House Committee on Agriculture is primarily responsible for providing oversight and establishing farm policy for agriculture and rural America in the nation's capital. As a member of the Committee on Agriculture, Stacey works to ensure the Virgin Islands and other rural communities receive adequate funding for necessary programs aimed at rural development and programs that provide needed supplemental assistance to hardworking families.

• Commodity Exchanges Energy and Credit
The Subcommittee on Commodity Exchanges, Energy and Credit has jurisdiction over policies, statutes, and markets relating to commodity exchanges, agricultural credit, rural development, energy and rural electrification.

• General Farm Commodities and Risk Management
The Subcommittee on General Farm Commodities and Risk Management has jurisdiction over policies, statutes, and markets relating to commodities, the Commodity Credit Corporation, risk management policies and statutes, including Federal Crop Insurance, producer data, and privacy issues.
