MEDLOCK, Randall, a Director of Non-Legislative and Financial Services from Georgia; born in Atlanta, Fulton County, Ga., 1943; B.S., United States Military Academy, West Point, N.Y., 1962–1966; attended Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga., 1975; M.S., Naval War College, Newport, R.I., 1979; United States Army, 1966–1993; deputy director of non-legislative and financial services, 1993–1994; appointed Director of Non-Legislative and Financial Services of the United States House of Representatives for the One Hundred Third Congress, and served until his resignation on January 3, 1995 (January 21, 1994–January 3, 1995).
