Had a wonderful time touring NASA's Ames Research Center today. So much exciting research being done in lunar planning, life sciences, and the quantum computer was particularly fascinating. Those of us who live and work in Silicon Valley fully appreciate how this center and its resources can be a powerful tool for springing a good idea from the drawing board into reality.

I am proud to stand with Planned Parenthood demonstrators gathered today in protest of Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing at the Hart Senate Office Building. His appointment to the Supreme Court would threaten the rights of women to reproductive health care.
