High School Model Congress 2017
Congressman Brad Schneider invites your high school to participate in a 2017 Model Congress.
Model Congress is an opportunity for Tenth District high school students to simulate the work of a Member of Congress. Students will hear expert testimony, debate amendments in committee and vote on legislation with Congressman Schneider presiding as Speaker.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, October 21st from 9:00am - 3:00pm at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire.
Tenth District High Schools may select up to ten students to participate. Please have all nominated students submit the application form to our office. The deadline for registration is October 6th.
