    Until we repeal , which threw open the floodgates for rich special interests to spend unlimited on our elections, we need common sense solutions like my bill to ensure foreign interests do not influence American democracy from the shadows.

    Ohio has been a bull’s eye of destruction due to the original NAFTA. Town after town lost good jobs at good wages and benefits. I voted against it and its vast US job outsourcing and wage drag. My full statement on the recent NAFTA agreement:

    The Land and Water Conservation Fund is an important federal tool in our continuing efforts to protect mother earth. With broad bipartisan support, it deserves a vote in Congress. According to , the Fund sent $2.7 million to Ohio in 2017.
