    I am honored to receive the "Friend of the Farm Bureau"award. farmers and ranchers are a vital part of our local and national economy and food supply. I will always work in Congress to advocate for policies that support them.

    A Friend of Farm Bureau award went to this afternoon as the congressman hosted President Randy Veach and other FB farmers and ranchers at his Ft. Smith office.

    I can understand that many people want to be part of the greatest country in the world. But you can’t want to be part of our nation and not respect our laws. We need to focus on making our immigration system stronger and more effective, not overlooking illegal immigration.

    We’re a sovereign nation and a country can't exist without borders. Since when is enforcing U.S. law optional? We must stop this caravan. If a government has no system to stop illegal entries, it’s a dangerous free-for-all on any border.
