  5. The Senate passed a bipartisan spending bill, following an agreement w/ , which funded the government through Feb. Instead of bringing that clean bill to a vote, House GOP conspired w/ Trump to add funding for a border wall, leading us toward a partial government shutdown.

  16. The ACA expanded access to affordable health care for millions of Americans. Despite this, and GOP leadership have sought to undermine the ACA at every turn. While I’m disappointed in today’s ruling, I will keep fighting to preserve the ACA & it’s protections.
