    The latest numbers released Thursday show that more than 122,000 people moved to Arizona between July 1, 2017, and July 1, 2018. That's a 1.7 percent growth rate for that period.

    There's a bipartisan plan on the table that funds our government & provides greater security resources at the border, but unfortunately, President Trump wants to stand in the way of this work. A shutdown will harm the livelihood of thousands of Arizonans & hurt communities.

    JUST IN: House Speaker Paul Ryan says President Trump will not sign the short term funding bill the House was expected to take up today, increasing the chances of a government shutdown. Ryan said Trump cited "legitimate concerns for border security."
