The Trump Administration purposely limited the scope of the investigation, excluding not just Judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford, but several other key witnesses from being interviewed. (3/4)

I believe any credible and thorough FBI investigation should include interviews with the two key witnesses – Judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford. That did not happen. (1/4)

Judge Kavanaugh's partisan testimony demonstrated that he is unfit to be a fair and partial Justice. I stood with my colleagues this morning to urge the Senate to reject his nomination.

Over the span of her career, a native woman loses up to $960,280 to the wage gap. These financial losses are associated with disparities in healthcare coverage, violence against native women, and educational achievement. We can and must do better.
