    Did you know 40% of diagnosed breast cancers are detected by women who feel a lump? It is recommended that women aged 45 to 54 scheldule mammogram appointments once a year and women 55+ switch to every 2 years.

    Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experiences mental illness each year. My District Office will be hosting a Suicide and Mental Health Awareness Panel and Resource Fair TOMORROW October 17th. Together, we can learn to end the stigma.
