    . and I visited the site of the FM 2900 bridge that collapsed during the flooding in Kingsland, as well as with the folks in Marble Falls. Even though this flood has been absolutely devastating to Central TX community, Texans are tough & together, we will rebuild.

    The fed government’s senseless spending habits have gone unchecked at the American taxpayer’s expense. I am glad to hear is taking strides to rein in the out-of-control expenses by calling for Cabinet secretaries to each cut their budget by 5 percent.

    I've been in contact with officials regarding the flash flooding in & around Burnet Co & have offered my support in any way that I can. Flooding is extremely dangerous & I encourage all residents by the Llano River and Highland Lakes to heed all warnings.
