    I am grateful to Roswell Mayor Dennis Kintigh for his support on behalf of my MAP Bill. This bill will greatly benefit Roswell and its surrounding communities. I greatly enjoyed attending the legislative ceremony yesterday to celebrate this bill.

    I am excited to introduce a bill today which honors the 2,000 New Mexican servicemen who bravely faced unspeakable hardship in the Bataan Death March. This bill re-names a Las Cruces veterans clinic as the Las Cruces Bataan Memorial Clinic in memory of their service & sacrifice.
