Despite all of his claims – all of his promises – Donald Trump has failed to stem the tide of rising prescription drug prices. But aren’t sitting around – we’re fighting hard to enact a real plan to end prescription drug price gouging

  2. Trump’s latest move to destabilize the ACA does nothing more than create higher costs for American families & undermine protections for pre-existing conditions. No family should have to choose between paying their bills & receiving lifesaving coverage.

For most American workers wages are flat, but salaries for the top 1% are growing exponentially. Folks, their wealth isn’t trickling down. American workers need that puts economic & political power back in their hands.

If the GOP wins Congress, we'll have a sequel to Groundhog Day. Instead of a TV weatherman discovering the meaning of life, a senator from Kentucky will take your health coverage... I would rather see the one about how Democrats are fighting .

736 million people live in poverty throughout the world. In the US alone, 39.7 million people live in poverty & are unable to meet basic needs. That’s why I introduced the RISE Out of Poverty Act, to help so every American can live with dignity

If really cared about protecting people with pre-existing conditions, he wouldn’t have directly authorized Attorney General Brad Schimel to sue to overturn the ACA. Actions speak louder than words, Scott. Drop Wisconsin from this sham of a lawsuit.

20% of low-income people in states that didn't expand Medicaid passed up needed care in the last yr b/c they couldn’t afford it. When preventable diseases go untreated, people can die. All Americans deserve access to quality, affordable health insurance.

As a single mother at 18, I couldn't have graduated college without the help of food stamps and welfare. Congress needs to pass my bill so that struggling mothers and their children can have the same opportunity to rise up out of poverty.

There is no reason that anyone in the US should die from a simple sinus infection, yet that is exactly what happened to Sarah Broughton from San Jose. We can’t continue to divide our society between those who can afford insurance and those who can’t. We need .
