    We have today informed the countries of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador that if they allow their citizens, or others, to journey through their borders and up to the United States, with the intention of entering our country illegally, all payments made to them will STOP (END)!

    Those who travel to our border without citizenship face a perilous journey through the desert. Our foreign aid funds are much better spent helping to provide a safe home for children in Central American countries than spent caring for them in taxpayer-funded shelters in the U.S.
