    In , nearly 50k could be covered. By rejecting Medicaid expansion, Texas forgoes its citizens’ access to affordable and comprehensive health care by giving up billions in economic benefits. It is time to expand Medicaid in Texas and do the right things for Texans.

    According to a new report, 20 percent of low-income people in non-Medicaid expansion states did not get needed medical care in the past 12 months due to cost. Expanding Medicaid is as much of a good deal for states as it is for patients.

    The indefinite detention of minors, in questionable facilities, will negatively impact these kids & is degrading our budget. These resources could be used for other things to make America better like infrastructure, healthcare, and better paying jobs.

    China stopped importing U.S. crude in September, and there's no telling when they will stop importing U.S. if this trade war goes on. A 10 percent tariff could potentially lead to a higher tariff and ultimately affect U.S. consumers and jobs.
