    As of this afternoon, the deadline for further legal action to block the TJX HomeGoods project has passed. After many months of meetings, debates, campaigns, and litigation, I am excited that it is finally time to get construction underway. A huge boon for Lordstown.

    I am pleased that the text of this renegotiated NAFTA makes great strides towards prioritizing workers. This agreement as it stands creates rules to give workers a level playing field. But rules are only good if they can be and will be enforced.
