@AmyKremer do you understand that social security and Medicare are not his to cut? They are funds that belong to the people who paid into them. They must not be given to the ultra rich.pic.twitter.com/HRLWuXcbON

they think the rules do not apply to them. they took $200k from FEMA, diverted it to ICE. They also took 3 mil from Homeland Security to fund ICE as well, which has never been done before.

First off, they aren't entitlements! They take money right out of my check, against my will, designated to pay for this shit! If RepubliKlans cut it, that is nothing more than theft and I should be able to take them to court for committing a crime!!
-
Entitlement isn't a bad word. It means u r entitled 2 that ! They r not entitled 2 a penny of it 2 make up 4 their tax cuts that were ridiculous/unnecessary!

WELL WELL WELL THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS.
-
Republicans are getting ready to ride in on their high horses screeching about the deficit and demanding cuts to SocSec, Medicare & other programs. They'll conveniently disavow responsibility for creating the mess!
-
Oh no, not again the American people fell for the same old fairy tales the Republican were telling.

The
#GOP is tired of having to disguise their theft of Social Security Funds. They want us to pay the same amount of tax, while eliminating Social Security & Medicare/Medicaid. -
If we don't take decisive action they'll get away with it, too. They have money, they don't have to worry about these programs.

Medicare cost me $138.00 per month out of my Social Security check. The COLA raise in Jan 2018 was $27.00 And Medicare premium went up $25.00 so a $2 raise. Medicare pays 80%. Cost of supplemental to cover 20% cost $200 plus per month. So seniors still paying.
-
I believe you can thank the GOP and a President Bush for your Medicare premiums. Prescription part d belongs to them
-
My mom retired under Bush. Her Medicare premium is $110 a month. So no, the $135 isn’t Bush.
-
The premiums go up periodically
-
Yes. Cost of living. Increase the payment and then increase the cost. Obama care was actually lower for me than Medicare. Same coverage, lower deductible. But being in a rural area, I had one option. Being rural also affected any additional Medicare coverage...one option.
-
And McConnell is trying to take more benefits away from us. They r trying to make up for the tax break for the rich.
-
It's disgusting. I'm disabled with multiple pre-existing conditions. I barely make it month to month as it is. The Republican Party has always been about the rich.
