    Project Serve is an outstanding program at that helps improve our local community and teaches the importance of servant leadership.

    This morning, students from the will be volunteering in City community centers as part of Project Serve, a university-wide day of service. I'm thankful for their service as we transform our community centers into hubs and meeting spots for our neighborhoods.

    All I can say is wow! While visiting Mission Beach, Mobilians Jared Irby and Kristen McElhaney ran into a burning building and saved several people's lives. Thank you for making the City of Mobile very proud today.
