The FTC must investigate whether Verizon & other companies are being unfair or deceptive in the services they’re offering to public safety entities, and if so, determine what remedies are appropriate to ensure our first responders have adequate service when lives are on the line.

Thank you. This story infuriated me & as a Californian I want Verizon culpable for the costs, financially and in human/creature suffering incurred during their delay of critical services in their grotesque efforts to extort additional funds for an upgrade in service. Cancelled!

Wouldn't it be great if Verizon could legally release all the website info that used up their allotment, like YouTube, Netflix, adult websites?

We’re beyond I’m sorry. Manslaughter for the executives. Wireless access is a basic necessity. These companies moved away from utility status to unregulated. They consolidated and are now back to Utility and regulated. Time to realize your a duck
