  11. Latinas make 53 cents for every $1 paid to white men. Equal pay is as much a fairness issue as it is an economic issue. That’s why I’ve encouraged my colleagues in Congress to support legislation to ensure for equal work & reflect our beliefs in opportunity & equality.
