I-924A, Annual Certification of Regional Center

Regional centers use this form to demonstrate continued eligibility for regional center designation. Regional centers that remain designated for participation in the program as of September 30 of a given year must submit Form I-924A with the required supporting documentation on or before December 29 of that same year.

Filing Tips for Form I-924A, Supplement to Form I-924

Complete all sections of the form.

Sign the form at Part 8, Item Number 8.a., Authorized Individual’s Signature. The fillable version of Form I-924 now includes a “Don’t forget to sign!” message and an arrow pointing to the signature box as a reminder for when you print the completed form for mailing. If there is no signature in Part 8, we will reject the form and return it for correction and re-filing.

Special Instructions

If a regional center does not file the required Form I-924A, we will issue a Notice of Intent to Terminate. Depending on the facts of the case, we may ultimately issue a Notice of Termination ending the regional center’s designation and participation in the program. Note: Pending regional center applicants and terminated regional centers are not required to submit Form I-924A.  See the “Related Links section” for additional information.
