Epidemiology Elective Program Homepage

The application period for 2018-2019 rotations is closed. Check back in February 2019 for next available rotations.

The Epidemiology Elective Program (EEP) introduces medical and veterinary students to applied epidemiology, public health, and global health* through hands-on experience and mentorship by CDC subject matter experts. This program offers 6- or 8-week rotations largely based at CDC in Atlanta, Georgia.

*Global health opportunities previously offered through the Hubert Global Health Fellowship are paused at this time, and will continue in the future in a different format. Similar experiences are available through the Epidemiology Elective Program (EEP). Most EEP projects are based at CDC in Atlanta, GA.
