The meeting was held at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Room 350, in the Executive Office of the President in Washington, DC. The meeting consisted of statements to the Commission from invited government, nonprofit, and business organizations regarding Innovative Pain Management and Prevention Measures for Diversion followed by a discussion of the issues raised.

The fourth Commission meeting was held on Friday, October 20, 2017, from 11:00 am until approximately 1:00 pm (Eastern time). The meeting was held at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Room 350, in the Executive Office of the President in Washington, DC. It was open to the public through livestreaming on https://www.whitehouse.gov/live. The meeting consisted of discussion regarding insurance issues related to the opioid epidemic.

The fifth Commission meeting was held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, from 1:30 pm until approximately 3:30 pm (Eastern time). The meeting was held at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Room 350, in the Executive Office of the President in Washington, DC. The meeting consisted of personal stories regarding addiction and discussion of and voting on the Commission’s Final Report, which was posted below shortly before the meeting.
