Metrocrest Services provides short-term, emergency assistance to improve life situations. Services provided to Coppell residents include short-term emergency assistance (rental assistance, utilities assistance, food, clothing, prescriptions, gas vouchers, bus passes), employment assistance (job leads, interviewing skills, resume skills, information and referral), seasonal programs (school supplies/shoes, Thanksgiving food program, Holiday gift/food program) Volunteer Opportunities  (Food Pantry, administrative, seasonal programs).

All services for seniors provided by the former Senior Adult Services are now provided through Metrocrest Services offices on Hutton Drive in Farmers Branch. Services for qualified senior adults include transportation, food, minor home repairs and safety aids, and home delivered meals. Senior News provides updates on programs and activities in the Metrocrest area. ​

Children's Advocacy Center of Denton County

The Children's Advocacy Center for Denton County serves child victims of sexual abuse or severe physical abuse and their non-offending family members.  The agency provides free counseling and support services to the children and their non-offending family members.  The Children's Advocacy Center for Denton County serves all Coppell residents regardless in which county they reside or their income levels. All services are free.

The Family Place Metrocrest

The Family Place-Metrocrest Office provides free individual and group counseling to victims of domestic violence and their children who live in Coppell. In addition FPM also offers a Bullyproof program, S.T.A.R.T.- teen dating violence leadership program and a Sexual Assault Prevention program.​

When a family is hungry, tired and has no place to go, it is hard for them to help themselves.  Services include fulfilling the immediate crucial needs for families requiring assistance due to loss of job, or loss of property.  CCA also offers adult health services, affordable daycare, a food pantry, spiritual programs and counseling, educational and vocational training, and much more.​

Metrocrest Community Clinic

Metrocrest Community Clinic is a 501(c)(3) charitable medical clinic providing low cost medical care for the uninsured or underinsured members of the community. The clinic has been in operation since 1992 and is staffed by a full time medical doctor specializing in internal medicine, an experienced registered nurse who serves as the Clinical Director.  A multilingual office manager coordinates patient care. Patients are seen by appointment only. Appointments are available for day, evening and weekend visits. Please call 972-484-8444 for an appointment and more information. ​
