Problems with Email Subscriptions Resolved
Some of our customers reported that they did not receive their email subscriptions from FederalRegister.gov (FR2) the week of June 4th. Email service has been restored. The Federal Register on FDsys.gov was not affected.
We determined the problem originated from our servers. Our technical team worked with Amazon Web Services to resolve the issue as of Thursday, June 7. Thanks to Amazon for responding quickly, and to our customers for your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience.
