Boone Memorial Hospital will be holding an outreach event and DCMWC staff will be available to provide information about the program and assist claimants with filing or (refiling) Black Lung claims.

1st Tuesday of Each Month (weather permitting)

On the first Tuesday of each month (weather permitting) staff from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Division of Coal Mine Workers’ Compensation (DCMWC) Charleston, West Virginia District Office will be available at the Beckley Field Station to provide information about the Federal Black Lung Program and assist individuals with the filing of new claims. Walk-ins welcomed!
