This website provides special instructions for this lapse, and information to communicate with creditors, mortgage companies, and landlords. It is recommended you continue to check the HUD hotline 1-866-463-6483 for additional updates regarding the Federal government closure. NOTE: A streamlined preliminary and a final review process is performed for all Section 232 IRRs prior to final approval being granted by ORCF. To submit an IRR request, lenders should use the Loan Modification Checklist and Sample Format for Lender Analysis and Recommendation as guidance and an email with attachments to: ORCFLoanModification@hud.gov. Once preliminary review is completed, lenders will be directed to proceed to final submission of documents using the IRR Only Expedited Processing OGC Checklist for OGC review.
