To sell SHOP health insurance to small businesses, you’ll need to register and sign the SHOP Privacy and Security Agreement.
NOTE: If you’re already registered with SHOP, log in using your Marketplace user ID and password to assist your clients with 2017 coverage. For SHOP plans starting on or after January 1, 2018, HealthCare.gov no longer offers an agent and broker portal. Contact the insurance company directly to assist your clients.
When you finish, your CMS Enterprise Portal user ID will be activated.
