If you have recently submitted a paper application, you may not submit a second, on-line application. Alcoholic Beverage permits (retailers and dealers) cannot apply on-line at this time.

Fee payments submitted for Employee permits, Volunteer Employee permits and Restricted Employee permits are non-refundable.

 

Employee Permits

• First Time Application
  Click First Time Application to apply for a new Employee permit, Volunteer Employee permit, or Restricted (19 & 20 year-old) permit.

   

• Renewal
  Click Renewal to renew an existing, Employee or Volunteer Employee Permit. Permits are eligible to renew 90 days prior to expiration and can be renewed until they have been expired for 120 days.  Your login ID is your Permit Number and your password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

 

Tobacco Certificates

• Tobacco New Application
  Click Tobacco New Application to apply for a Tobacco Certificate for the first time.  

   

• Tobacco Renewal
  Click Tobacco Renewal to renew an existing Tobacco Certificate.
