The UGC, or Uniform Government Code, is a centralized and concise resource of laws addressing state business for the executive branch of Indiana government. The goal of the UGC is to educate all persons on state business, and in the process, prevent wrongdoing.
The UGC applies to executive branch state agencies (including quasi-agencies), executive branch state elected officials, and persons doing business with both groups, including executive branch lobbyists.
