Coinciding with the launch of USCIS/DOS e-Approval, USCIS will begin using pre-paid mailers provided by petitioners to send out receipt notices for H-2A (temporary agricultural worker) petitions starting on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.

On Sept. 25, the Department of State (DOS) published an updated Visa Bulletin for October 2015. This bulletin supersedes the bulletin for October 2015 that was originally published on Sept. 9, 2015.

On Nov.12, USCIS will make Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, temporarily available in the USCIS Electronic Immigration System (USCIS ELIS).

Registration and Re-registration Periods Open Jan. 9, 2013

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today an extension of the re-registration period for Haitian nationalswho have already been granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and seek to maintain that status for an additional 18 months. Given the impact Hurricane Sandy has had on regions where Haitians reside, the re-registration period is extended through Jan. 29, 2013.

USCIS has further expanded the services offered by our Case Status Online and e-Request systems as part of an ongoing effort to enhance these services for our customers.
