OPM Rider Info
The OPM Rider Info is
a system we use to give other Federal agencies an opportunity to order
our publications at a reduced cost by riding our printing
requisitions for the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO). To
get on the electronic mailing list for the Rider
System for ordering publications, Federal agencies should follow these procedures:

Electronic subscriptions are free to all requestors. You can subscribe
to the list by sending an email message to
listserv@listserv.opm.gov.
In the body (not the subject line, see sample below) of that email, in
either upper or lower case type:
SUBSCRIBE RIDERINFO first name last name
Type in your first and last name where first name and last
name appear. The listserv system will ‘pick up’ your email
address from the actual heading of your email message. You will then
receive a confirmation message to which you should reply “OK.” This
prevents someone else from subscribing for you.
You will receive confirmation of your subscription and instructions
on how to unsubscribe and maintain your information current. If you
