Storm Update: We are getting reports of new outages and ice on top of trees and lines already snowpacked from Monday's massive storm in southern and central VT.... Forecasters say temperatures will rise through the afternoon which could cause other outages as snow melts off and weighed-down trees snap back up. Wintry mix this morning making travel a little difficult in the early morning hours. This precipitation is is expected to bring more trees and limbs down some of which may obstruct the highway. VTRANS crews are on the road and ready to respond to such incidents. Drive safe.
