The Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building (TMFJB) is undergoing a renovation of the facility's parking garage. The project includes repair of water infiltration problems, replacement of interior finishes, crack repairs, a new traffic surface topping, and upgrades to the lighting and sprinkler systems.

The majority of work will be performed at night. During each phase of the work, some portions of the garage will have limited use, or be restricted entirely. Signage, traffic controls and flaggers will be provided to assist with navigation through the garage. For all garage users' safety, it is important to obey the 5 mph speed limit and have lights on at all times while in the garage, whether entering or exiting.

The project is scheduled to end in the spring of 2019.
