  • Java is no longer required to run appellate CM/ECF.
  • Next Gen is compatible with most commonly used browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer and Safari.
  • You will use the same account for both electronic filing and PACER access.
  • Your username and password will be the same in all bankruptcy, district and appellate courts that have upgraded to Next Gen.
  • The interface will be the same in all bankruptcy, district and appellate courts that have upgraded to Next Gen.
