Pursuant to the President's January 21, 2009 Memorandum on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Attorney General's March 19, 2009 Memorandum on the FOIA, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Chief FOIA Officer's August 26, 2009 Memorandum on Proactive Disclosure, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will readily and systematically post information online in advance of any public request. Documents posted on this page will include historical daily schedules of senior agency officials, contracts, management directives, congressional correspondence, FOIA logs, and any records released pursuant to the FOIA that have been, or are likely to become, the subject of three or more requests.
