Mission

The Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP) facilitates the execution of ICE law enforcement responsibilities by providing personnel with firearms, intermediate-force weapons, protective equipment, training, logistical support, and guidance that increases safety and improves the tactical proficiency of the armed work force. ICE Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs also maintains accountability for property, certifications, qualifications, and other measurable training standards.

Eric S. Feldman is the Assistant Director of the Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs. Mr. Feldman began his federal law enforcement career in 1997 as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent in Nogales, Arizona. In 2003, he became a Special Agent with U.S. Customs Service, Office of Investigations in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. Feldman previously held Supervisory Special Agent positions in the ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Phoenix Area of Responsibility. He also served as the Associate Deputy Assistant Director for the ICE HSI Cyber Division, and has held other leadership positions within ICE HSI.

Most recently, Mr. Feldman served as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge in the ICE HSI San Diego Office, where he oversaw an investigative division and served as the Tactical Supervisor of the ICE HSI San Diego Special Response Team.
