OMB Burden Statements for NCI Information Collections

The Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) seeks to ensure that Federal agencies balance their need to collect information with the burden imposed on the public in complying with the collection. Examples of such collections include applications, surveys, forms, interviews, or questionnaires.

Under the PRA, information collections approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) are linked to OMB Burden Statements that explain more about the specific collection and who to contact for more information.

The burden statement(s) below apply to information collections currently underway for the National Cancer Institute.
