The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) consolidated all information sharing platforms within the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN). The National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) established a portal on HSIN, which includes an industrial control systems (ICS) community of interest (COI). Membership in the HSIN NCCIC ICS COI is open to U.S. citizens involved in critical infrastructure (owners/operators). Membership is also available, on a case-by-case basis, to integrators and consultants who are directly engaged in supporting cybersecurity for U.S. critical infrastructure control systems.
All requests for membership access must originate from a valid business email address. Email addresses from generic systems, such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, etc., do not meet the requirement for a valid business email address.

Non-U.S. citizens can apply for HSIN access by contacting HSIN NCCIC support team at: NCCICPortal@hq.dhs.gov. This link will open an email message and auto-populate the "To:" field, the "Subject:" line, and insert the first line of the message body.
