January 04, 2019 - The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a man and woman in Maize, KS in connection with a Tulsa murder. Kenneth Williams, also known as Jazzie, and La’shae Terrell are now in custody. Tulsa Police said the pair were wanted in the shooting death of Louis Poole, who died after an argument turned into a gunfight on December 29, 2018.


January 04, 2019 - The shutdown of the Federal government notwithstanding, the U.S. Marshal’s – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force continues to thrive in 2019. This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Jonathan Lee Currier, was located and arrested today by the Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Belmont, NH. Currier was being sought on multiple arrest warrants, had an extensive criminal history and was an unregistered sex offender.


January 03, 2019 - “Fugitive of the Week,” James Perry, was arrested today by the Claremont Police Department and NH Probation and Parole Officers. Perry was considered to be armed and dangerous based on the fact that he was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for parole violations stemming from his original conviction and sentence for armed robbery with a gun.


December 31, 2018 - On December 27th, the Kansas Fugitive Apprehension Task Force, Topeka Division arrested Aaron Christopher Gullick. Gullick was wanted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms for Unlawful possession of a machine gun, possession of a machine gun in furtherance of a controlled substance offense, possession of an unregistered machine gun, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.


December 26, 2018 - On December 21st, the Kansas Fugitive Apprehension Task Force, Topeka Division, arrested Raymond Gene Mauney. Mauney was wanted by the Topeka Police Department on probable cause for aggravated assault and felon in possession of a firearm as the result of two drive-by shootings.


December 19, 2018 - Since 2007, the U.S. Marshals Service has been partnered with Peter St. James & Pat Kelly with the “NH Wake Up Show” featuring the “Fugitive of the Week” program for the State of New Hampshire. This program has continued to grow with each passing year and we continue to see tremendous success as a result of the program. The number of tips that come in on a regular basis is incredible, which clearly shows how much the people of NH truly care about the well-being of our state, its residents and its visitors.


December 12, 2018 - Alleged drug dealer, Alexander Marquez Pena was arrested this evening by task force officers of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and Boerne Police Department.


December 12, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are holding a live auction with web simulcast in New York on Friday. Nearly 300 lots for sale from federal cases nationwide include fine jewelry and watches, gold coins and bullion. The auction will take place at the New York Hilton Midtown, 2nd Floor, Gramercy Suite, 1335 6th Ave, New York, at 11 a.m., with a preview starting at 9:30 a.m. The online auction can be accessed via www.txauction.com.


December 11, 2018 - Last night, “Fugitive of the Week” Dawn Russo was apprehended at a motel in Nashua. Russo was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Belknap County Superior Court alleging that Ms. Russo failed to appear in court on a charge of first degree assault.


December 10, 2018 - Yesterday, last week’s featured “Fugitive of the Week” was arrested without incident at a NH treatment facility. “Fugitives of the Week,” John Shew was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant alleging that Mr. Shew failed to appear in court on charges of possession of fentanyl and making false reports to law enforcement.


December 07, 2018 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - More than 40 years ago, one of the most notorious prisoner escapes in Ohio history occurred. A convicted child murderer, serving a life sentence, just walked away from his handlers and justice. On Dec. 7, 1973, prison officials took Lester Eubanks to a shopping center in Columbus, Ohio, and allowed him to shop unescorted as a reward for good behavior. When Eubanks failed to return to his scheduled pick up location, he was reported as an escapee, and has eluded authorities ever since.


December 06, 2018 - On Tuesday, December 4th, the Kansas Fugitive Apprehension Task Force, Topeka Division, arrested Ryan Barranco in Topeka, Kansas. Barranco was wanted on an arrest warrant issued on November 14, 2018 by the United States District Court in Kansas, for charges of distribution of a controlled substance.


December 04, 2018 - One of New Hampshire’s “Fugitives of the Week” was located and arrested in North Carolina. Justina Nicole Jensen was being sought on multiple outstanding arrest warrants, including; possession of a controlled drug, sex offender violations, as well as a NH State Parole warrant after being convicted and sentenced to prison on another narcotic related offense.


December 04, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service is happy to announce that another of New Hampshire’s “Fugitives of the Week” has been arrested. Jeffrey Snow was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant requested by the Manchester (NH) Police Department alleging the offense of first degree assault. The victim in this assault case has since died and upgraded homicide charge is possible.


December 03, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force and Burlington Police Department arrested a fugitive wanted for an assault and robbery. Tam Mai was wanted by the Burlington Police Department for a vicious attack in September 2018 that sent the victim in the hospital with serious injuries.


November 30, 2018 - Deputy U.S. Marshal Chase White sustained fatal gunshot wounds while serving a fugitive warrant last night in Tucson, Arizona. Deputy White was rushed to Banner-University Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.


November 16, 2018 - This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Hardy Quintin, 32, was arrested in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Hardy, was just featured on Wednesday as the “Fugitive of the Week,” as a result of his outstanding arrest warrant out of Sullivan County for probation violations after being convicted and sentenced for sales of cocaine.


November 14, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Matthew D. Harris announced that the United States Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Apprehension Team arrested its record-breaking 725th fugitive across Utah in 2018.


November 09, 2018 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The U.S. Marshals are intensifying their search for a murder suspect wanted for allegedly stabbing his ex-wife, a former police officer, 41 times in front of her young children. Luis Octavio Frias, 34, is now on the Marshals’ 15 Most Wanted fugitive list, and authorities are asking the public for information that could lead to his arrest.


November 06, 2018 - Shortly after last week’s program, several tips came into the U.S. Marshals indicating that “Fugitive of the Week,” Donald James, was in Portland, Maine. Mr. James was wanted on a federal arrest warrant for violating his conditions of supervised release as a result of a prior conviction and sentence for access device/bank fraud.


October 19, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are auctioning approximately 660 bitcoins in connection with various federal criminal, civil and administrative cases during a six-hour period on Nov. 5 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. EST.


October 16, 2018 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Richard Perry, surrendered at the office of U.S. Probation in Concord, NH. Perry had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for violations of conditions of supervised release. Mr. Perry is on supervised release as a part of a 2010 sentence for convictions relating to four bank robberies and a check forging scheme.


October 12, 2018 - After almost 19 years on the run, Robert Edward Freer II and his wife Wendy Dehaven Freer were arrested on October 4th by U.S. Marshals Service personnel and their local government counterparts in San Pedrito, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Robert and Wendy Freer were indicted together in the Eastern District of North Carolina on November 8, 1999 for Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana and Money Laundering.


October 10, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service Northern District of Texas announces the conclusion of a large-scale gang enforcement operation which led to 104 arrests and numerous seizures. Dubbed “Operation Triple Beam Dallas” (OTB), federal and local law enforcement agencies partnered with the U.S. Marshals Service from August 1 to September 2018. OTB targeted fugitive gang members and the organizations responsible for committing violent crimes in an effort to provide communities with immediate relief from gang-related violence.


October 10, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service and the Essex Police Department arrested a fugitive who had active warrants in Vermont and Colorado, dating back to March 2017. Hunter Isaiah Dwyer, of Sharon, Vermont was arrested on October 9, 2018 in Essex Junction, Vermont when approached by Deputy U.S. Marshals and the Essex Police Department during a controlled traffic stop.


October 06, 2018 - United States Marshal Mark S. James announced today the capture of an escaped prisoner from Marshall County Mississippi overnight near Sedalia, Missouri by Deputy U.S. Marshals from the Western District of Missouri. On August 08, 2018 William Anderson was charged with Grand Larceny in Marshall County Mississippi following the theft of a motor vehicle and two handguns earlier that month.


October 05, 2018 - United States Marshal Richard Taylor announces the arrest of Inocencio Johnson in Dallas, TX. On October 4, 2018, Johnson was arrested on a Federal Drug Enforcement warrant by the U.S. Marshals’ North Texas Fugitive Task Force in Dallas, TX. During the arrest officers recovered more than 10 kilos of black tar heroin, over 1 pound of methamphetamine, and $63,253.00 in U.S. currency.


October 04, 2018 - This morning, members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force were able to locate and arrest “Fugitive of the Week,” Julio Gonzalez, based on numerous tips from viewers. Julio Gonzalez was wanted on an outstanding Strafford County arrest warrant for failing to appear on a charge of indecent exposure and lewdness.


October 03, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service - Detroit Missing Child Recovery Unit, U.S. Marshals Service Sex Offender Investigations Branch, Michigan State Police and law enforcement officers from Wayne County agencies participated in Operation MISafeKid, a missing juvenile sweep to identify and recover missing children from the area with an emphasis on locating victims of sex trafficking.


October 02, 2018 - The Kansas Fugitive Apprehension Task Force (KFATF), Kansas City Division arrested Rodney McNeal, age 22, in Kansas City, Kansas. McNeal was wanted on an arrest warrant issued in August 2018 by the Douglas County Kansas Sheriff’s Office, for charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, and theft.


October 01, 2018 - Saleh Omar, 40, who fled Louisiana after being identified as a suspect in a vicious murder that occurred on Sept 8, 2018 in Jefferson Parish and was arrested in Panama City, Panama attempting to board an outbound international flight back to his middle Eastern home is now back in Louisiana.


September 28, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Dwight Tubman in Camp Hill, PA. Authorities in Baltimore Maryland obtained an arrest warrant charging Tubman with home invasion, assault and burglary for an incident occurring on August 24, 2018.


September 28, 2018 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Kenneth Weaver in York, PA. An arrest warrant was obtained by York City Police Department charging Weaver with aggravated indecent assault of a child and other various sex related offenses.


September 27, 2018 - Fugitive Naomis A. Winfrey was captured by U.S. Marshals Service Task Force members bringing a widespread three-day manhunt to an end. The Arizona Department of Corrections issued an arrest warrant for Winfrey for parole violation stemming from a 1993 conviction out of Pima County. Winfrey’s convictions include murder in the 1st degree, burglary in the 2nd degree and theft. Winfrey served 25 years of a life sentence when he was paroled by the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency to home arrest and electronic monitoring.


September 27, 2018 - After 5 years on the run, Thomas Patrick Waggoner was finally taken into custody today by the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. In June 2011, Waggoner, 65, was formally indicted by a grand jury in Kerr County District Court for allegedly committing 58 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and 58 counts of Promotion of Child Pornography, but was subsequently released on bond.


September 27, 2018 - On September 25th, the Kansas Fugitive Apprehension Task Force, Topeka Division, arrested Marcell Malik Bailey in Topeka, Kansas. Bailey was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Atchison County Kansas Sheriff’s Office, for charges of attempted murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, criminal discharge of a firearm, and criminal possession of a weapon by a felon.


 September 26, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals, New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force was able to locate and arrest one of Massachusetts’ Most Wanted Sex Offenders. Richard Fleurant, 79, formerly of Weymouth, Massachusetts was wanted for two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.


September 24, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force is seeking Christian Hall. He has warrants for his arrest for First Degree Murder and Especially Aggravated Robbery.


September 23, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals have received and taken custody of an Austin business owner at the International Airport in Houston on Saturday. Cody Rutledge Wilson is charged in Travis County for an August 15, 2018 sexual assault of a juvenile female.


September 21, 2018 - The Pennsylvania man U.S. Marshals, FBI, U.S. Secret Service and multiple state and local law enforcement agencies have been searching for since June was arrested today in Mifflin Township, Richland County in northern Ohio. Shawn Richard Christy, 27, of McAdoo, was arrested after a brief foot pursuit. He had a knife and a .380 handgun. Christy was wanted for threatening the president and other elected officials and had multiple state arrest warrants in Pennsylvania for burglary, probation violation, and failure to appear for an aggravated assault case.


September 20, 2018 - On September 19th, Jamal Devonte Coburn, 26, was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service led Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force in Glendale, AZ for a homicide warrant out of West Columbia, South Carolina.


September 20, 1018 - The U.S. Marshals Service arrested 25 year old Kansas resident Fernando Diaz. The U.S. Marshals worked in coordination with the U.S. Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service, Customs and Border Protection Officers, Mexican Authorities, Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Shawnee County District Attorney’s Office to arrest this dangerous fugitive. Diaz was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for murder in the second degree.


September 20, 2018 - On Tuesday evening, an alert Ossipee Police Officer spotted “Fugitive of the Week,” Lawrence “Tinker” Eldridge, 56. Lawrence Eldridge was wanted for escape, after he failed to return from to the half-way house in Concord, NH after being allowed to visit family. Eldridge was serving part of his prison sentence in the half-way house as part of a prior conviction and sentence for kidnapping.


September 20, 2018 - The Austin Police Department requested assistance from the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force Sept. 19 to locate and apprehend Cody Rutledge Wilson, an Austin man wanted for an Aug. 15 sexual assault of a juvenile female.


September 19, 2018 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The search for millionaire murder suspect Peter Chadwick intensified today as the U.S. Marshals Service added him to its 15 Most Wanted fugitive list. Chadwick, 54, is wanted for the 2012 murder of his wife of 21 years in Newport Beach, California.


September 19, 2018 - U.S. Marshals and Honolulu Police located and arrested Steven Chung. Chung was wanted by U.S. Marshals on a federal arrest warrant for escape from a federal confinement facility. Chung has previously been convicted five times for federal distribution of narcotics and numerous federal probation release violations, as well as numerous state arrests and convictions for assault.


September 19, 2018 - For the second week in a row, the U.S. Marshals Service is happy to announce that this week’s “Fugitive of the Week” surrendered this morning at the Belknap County Superior Courthouse in Laconia. “Fugitive of the Week,” Trevor Bond, 34, was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear, stemming from an original charge criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.


September 19, 2018 - On Monday, the new U.S. Marshal for the District of New Hampshire was sworn in by Chief Judge, Joseph LaPlante of the United States District Court. U.S. Marshal, Enoch “Nick’ Willard becomes the 37th Marshal for the District of New Hampshire since the founding of the United States Marshal Service as part of the Judiciary Act on September 24, 1789.


September 18, 2018 - The Kansas Fugitive Apprehension Task Force arrested Andrew Hogue, age 25, and Kaylee Hogue, age 28, in Topeka, Kansas. The Topeka Police Department was searching for Andrew Hogue as the main suspect and Kaylee Hogue as an accomplice in an alleged stabbing.


September 18, 2018 - Recently retired Miami-Dade Police Major Gadyaces Serralta was sworn in as the new U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Florida on September 17, 2018.


September 18, 2018 - U.S. Marshals and the Norfolk Police Department are looking for two robbery suspects who may be together. Antonio Reginald Fort, 18, is wanted for robbing a restaurant delivery driver at gunpoint on August 30th in the 4800 block of Hampton Boulevard. Tarrell Jaquon Luster, 18, is wanted for a robbery that occurred at a residence on August 28th in the 3800 block of Colley Avenue.


September 17, 2018 - The 33rd U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Texas was sworn in this morning before a crowd of U.S. Marshals Service personnel, friends and dignitaries. Susan L. Pamerleau, former Sheriff of Bexar County, took the oath of office today before Honorable Chief Judge Orlando Garcia at the John H. Wood United States Courthouse.


September 14, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service is happy to announce that this week’s “Fugitive of the Week” surrendered late last night at the Rochester Police Department. “Fugitive of the Week,” Charlene Doucette, was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for bail violations, stemming from an original charge of possession of heroin/fentanyl.


September 13, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a fugitive wanted by the State of Vermont for failure to appear on an underlying child pornography case. Jose Paul Agorrea Chammas, 29, of Burlington, Vermont was arrested on September 12, 2018 in South Burlington, Vermont when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals and the South Burlington Police.


September 07, 2018 - U.S. Marshals arrested an Illinois man wanted on charges of first-degree murder stemming from a 2016 homicide in Chicago. The Chicago Police Department identified Chikym Lee as a suspect and issued a warrant for his arrest Aug. 22, 2018.


September 04, 2018 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - U.S. Marshals in Bridgeport, Connecticut, have arrested a 15 Most Wanted fugitive wanted in New York for the 2002 murder of his sister and an ex-girlfriend, as well as for parole violation and illegal entry into the United States. Andre Neverson, 54, is a Trinidad and Tobago native who was added to the U.S. Marshals’ "15 Most Wanted" fugitives list in February 2004.


September 04, 2018 - Joshua Washington, 27, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force on August 30, 2018. Washington is a Kansas City resident wanted by the Kansas City Police Department for 1st Degree Murder.


August 31, 2018 - Accused murder suspect Silvano Echavarria, 23, was arrested for allegedly stomping an 83-year-old grandfather’s head 74 times and punching him an additional 25 times leaving his lifeless body in the parking lot of a Pasadena, Texas apartment complex parking lot.


August 30, 2018 - On Thursday, Elton Jardines, 30, was deported to the United States after his arrest in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. Jardines was wanted by the Phoenix Police Department for two counts of 1st Degree Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault.


August 30, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Chayanne Ramirez. On April 15, 2018, the York City Police Department investigated the fatal shooting of a man near the intersection of East South and South Duke Streets. On April 25, 2018 - as a result of that investigation - the city police obtained an arrest warrant charging Ramirez with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm Prohibited; Firearms not to be Carried without License, and lesser included offenses.


August 30, 2018 - On Wednesday, August 29th, the Kansas Fugitive Apprehension Task Force, Topeka Division, arrested Robert Cooper, age 36, in Manhattan, Kansas. Cooper was wanted on an arrest warrant issued earlier in the day by the United States District Court in Kansas, for charges of aggravated sexual abuse with children.


August 29, 2018 - A 2nd Degree Attempted Murder suspect’s flight from justice was ended by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force today. On May 23, 2017 Losona Shaw allegedly shot Joseph Carter in the chest. He was treated at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis. Shaw was charged with 2nd Degree Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Employing a Firearm While Attempting to Commit a Felony.


August 27, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announces the arrest of Marquis Clark and Elijah Clark-Bream. The York County Court of Common Please issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Marquis Clark for failing to appear in court to answer to the charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute (a controlled substance), Possession of Firearm Prohibited, Firearms not to be Carried without License, and Receiving Stolen Property. Thehe Conewago Township Police Department in Adams County obtained an arrest warrant charging Elijah Clark-Bream with Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearms Prohibited, Firearms Not to Be Carried without a License, and Terroristic Threats.


August 24, 2018 - Acting Deputy Director David J. Anderson administered the oath of office to the fifth group of United States Marshals, appointed by President Donald J. Trump and confirmed by the United States Senate, at the U.S. States Marshals Service Headquarters. The newly appointed USMs completed a week-long training session produced and managed by the Training Division prior to their Swearing-In Ceremony.


August 24, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service is happy to announce the arrest of “Fugitive of the Week,” Jamie Pointer. On August 18th, a retired police officer spotted the “Fugitive of the Week,” as he was leaving a Greenland, NH Truck Stop. Mr. Pointer was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants, including; a NH Parole warrant stemming from an original conviction and sentence for robbery, as well as a warrant issued by the Portsmouth Police Department for aggravated assault.


August 24, 2018 - Once again, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force proves that leaving the State of New Hampshire will not protect a fugitive from arrest. Yesterday, Kevin J. Fields, 35, was located and arrested in Copperas Cove, Texas.


August 22, 2018 - On Wednesday, August 22, 2018, the U.S. Marshals Service led Western Arkansas Fugitive Task Force, located four missing children (ages ranging from 15 months to 7 years old) and arrested their mother, Lacee Pattengill, age 29. Pattengill was wanted for Interference with Custody.


August 22, 2018 - Michael Mendoza had been featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on August 15th. After this feature, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force from both New Hampshire and Maine worked tirelessly together to locate and arrest, Mendoza. Mendoza was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants from both New Hampshire and Maine, including; a parole violation on an original charge of cocaine sales, criminal threatening and trafficking narcotics.


August 21, 2018 - Joseph Michael Gore, who was featured on the “Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders” list with the Texas Department of Public Safety, was arrested this morning in the 2500 block of U.S. Highway 281 in Marble Falls, Texas, by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the Marble Falls Police Department.


August 21, 2018 - This morning Andrew Maxswane Evins, 23, was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Stratford Police Department at the Rodeway Inn in Stratford. Evins is the suspect in the homicide shooting death of Jervaughn McKins, 23, which occurred on August 12, 2018 in Eutawville, SC.


August 20, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals, FBI, and U.S. Secret Service are asking for the public’s help in locating a McAdoo, Pennsylvania, man wanted for threatening the president and other elected officials. Shawn Richard Christy also has multiple state arrest warrants in Pennsylvania for burglary, probation violation, and failure to appear for an aggravated assault case.


August 20, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's help to locate Robert Kalaeb Lynch, a fugitive who recently escaped from the back seat of a patrol unit after being arrested in Bandera County.


August 18, 2018 - On Tuesday, August 14, 2018, the U.S. Marshals Service led Western Arkansas Fugitive Task Force, began working with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Probation and Parole, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in an attempt to locate and arrest Danny Trent Barrows. Barrows was wanted for the kidnapping of the mother of his child, and the kidnapping of his child in which an Amber Alert was issued by the Arkansas State Police.


August 17, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force recovered a missing teenager in Yakima, WA. The sixteen year old female was reported missing from a group home on Aug. 7, 2018 and a person of interest was developed in connection with her disappearance. Task Force members conducted surveillance in an area where this person was believed to be residing. Team members observed an associated vehicle return to the residence, the driver exited the vehicle and was positively identified as Miguel Bravo Mejia.


August 15, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force located and arrested a subject this morning who been on run from ATF since early March. Delton Monroe, 33, of Raeford, was wanted based on a federal indictment from the Middle District of North Carolina, charging him with firearms and narcotics violations.


August 15, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a Florida fugitive for a probation violation, stemming from a 2012 homicide. Kaitlyn A. Robare, of Colchester, Vermont was arrested on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in South Burlington, Vermont when located by Deputy U.S. Marshals.


August 14, 2018 - On behalf of United States Marshal Kevin A. Carr, the U.S. Marshals Service - Eastern District of Wisconsin - is asking for the public’s help in locating, Montreil D. Lackey, a registered sex offender wanted by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for felony parole violation related to conviction on charges of repeated sexual assault of the same child.


August 13, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Octavious Darron Allen-Napier, 24, of Philadelphia. He was wanted in connection with the assault that occurred near Five Guys on Church Street on the night of August 1st, 2018.


August 10, 2018 - David Sauceda Medina, 62, who was featured on the “Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders” list with the Texas Department of Public Safety, was arrested Thursday night without incident in the 600 block of E. Fullerton Avenue in Glendale Heights, Illinois, by the Glendale Heights Police Department.


August 09, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a Vermont fugitive who was wanted for lewd & lascivious conduct with a child and aggravated sexual assault with a minor. John Grover Bell’s arrest warrant was issued in May of 2017 after he skipped town right before his trial in Rutland, VT. Rutland County Sheriff’s Department requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service to locate and arrest Bell in May of 2018.


August 09, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Derrick Berry, who is wanted for failure to appear in court on multiple charges of sexual assault of minors in Jefferson and Berkeley counties.


August 07, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the morning hours of August 7, 2018, the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team, Colerain Township Police Department, and Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit arrested Fugitive Rondell Hooks on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, for the charges of Murder, Felonious Assault, Weapons Violations and Aggravated Robbery.


August 06, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Michael Colclough, an Atlanta man wanted by the Atlanta Police Department for aggravated assault with a weapon, which took place during a domestic dispute, and cruelty toward a child in an incident on July 10.


August 03, 2018 - From July 30-August 3, 2018, the United States Marshals Service Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force conducted Operation Southern Star VII. This operation focused on reducing violent crime in Pima, Cochise, and Graham Counties by targeting violent fugitives wanted for violent crimes and drug offenses.


August 02, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Robert Baker, 48, in New Cumberland, PA. The Swatara Township Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Baker with aggravated assault for an incident occurring on February 10, 2018. It is alleged that Baker attacked medical and law enforcement who responded to assist Baker as he was making suicidal threats.

August 01, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force again made easy work of locating this week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” This week’s “Fugitive of the Week” was Janell Dubreuil, who was wanted on a probation violation stemming from her original offense of manufacturing methamphetamine.


August 01, 2018 - Federal, state and local agencies united with the U.S. Marshals Service District of New Jersey and the NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force to help reduce gang violence across the state of New Jersey in an operation dubbed “Summer in the City” that ran from July 16-20 and resulted in the arrest of 166 fugitives, 61 of whom were documented gang members, including 42 Bloods, 13 Crips, three Latin Kings, one Surenos, and one Trinitarios member.


July 31, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the early hours of July 26, 2018 the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team tracked down and located Darrell L. Boyd Jr., age 20. Boyd was wanted by the Dayton Police Department for Aggravated (Armed) Robbery.


July 30, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service-led Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force in the District of Puerto Rico arrested a man wanted for federal drug charges and in connection with a triple homicide in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Jorge Torres Rodriguez, aka “Polli”, was wanted by U.S. Marshals for federal drug conspiracy charges.


July 27, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jerry Grow, 42, in Williamsport, PA. The Williamsport Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Grow with strangulation for an incident occurring on July 09, 2018. It is alleged that Grow was physically abusive to his victim over many hours by striking, kicking and choking his victim.


July 27, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Courtney Tongel, 23, in Berwick, PA. The Berwick Boro Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Tongel with robbery for an incident occurring on December 24, 2017. It is alleged that Tongel and others forced their way into a residence in Berwick and assaulted and took property of the occupants.


July 27, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Shane Bankes, 25, in Berwick, PA. The Berwick Boro Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Bankes with aggravated assault for an incident occurring on June 23, 2018.


July 26, 2018 - The United States Marshals Service, District of Montana, Montana Violent Offender Task Force is currently seeking information on the whereabouts of Marco Antonio Guzman. The MVOTF is currently working with Missoula County Sheriff’s Office and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office in the location of Guzman.


July 20, 2018 - On Thursday, one of Texas’ Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives, Paulo Guillen, was returned to Texas from Mexico to face a number federal and state charges. In June 2017, Guillen, 31, was arrested by the Austin Police Department for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon after he evaded arrest in a vehicle. He was placed on bond.


July 18, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force once again made easy work of locating this week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Thomas Lee Clements was wanted on parole violations stemming from his original conviction and sentence for distribution of narcotics.


July 18, 2018 - A former U.S. Marshals most wanted fugitive was extradited back to Phoenix from Buenos Aires, Argentina, late Tuesday. Paul Eischeid, 46, had been in the custody of Argentinean authorities since his arrest in the country in 2011, which ended his eight-year run from justice after being indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for drug trafficking and RICO violations, including counts of kidnapping and homicide.


July 17, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Peter J. Elliott has released the July, 2018 updated “Agonizing 8” list of most wanted sex offenders. The list contains the most wanted sex offenders wanted by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.


July 17, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service, along with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry Program and the Juneau County Sheriff’s Department, conducted a residence verification operation for registered sex offenders.


July 17, 2018 - On Monday evening, New Haven Police Department responded to a report of two people trespassing at a construction site. A short distance from the construction site, a male and a female were stopped. Both people did not have any identification and the female identified herself as “Stacy McGuire.” The police department was unable to give them a misdemeanor summons for the trespassing, because they did not have any positive identification. Both “McGuire” and her companion were transported to the detention facility for processing. Through this process, the officers were able to positively identify Stacy McGuire as Belknap County escape fugitive, Holly Wilson.


July 11, 2018 - A felony traffic stop led to four arrests Monday afternoon for the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force A juvenile aged 17 was wanted out of San Antonio Texas for bank robbery.


July 10, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in NH was able to safely arrest two fugitives that were featured as “Fugitives of the Week.” Early Tuesday morning, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force was able to locate and arrest “Fugitive of the week”, Adam Smart. Smart had been wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants for Failure to Appear on Cocaine charges and a Larceny warrant. After the arrest of Adam Smart, the task force turned their attention on Fugitive of the Week, Branden Glass. Mr. Glass was wanted on an outstanding Concord Police Department warrant for Sales of Cocaine X4.


July 05, 2018 - In the early morning hours of July 3rd, the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force in Los Angeles, California arrested a man who absconded from probation in Virginia nearly 18 years ago. William Branson Martin was wanted for absconding from probation stemming from a 1989 conviction of sexual assault of three young girls in Isle of Wight, Virginia.


July 05, 2018 - On Tuesday evening, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force was able to track down and arrest “Fugitive of the week”, Brandon Janak, 24. Janak had been wanted on am outstanding Belknap County Superior Court arrest warrant for being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.


July 05, 2018 - Today, the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Ramon Fernandes, a Shenandoah Junction man wanted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in New Hampshire for failure to appear, stemming from an aggravated sexual assault of a minor under 13 years of age in 2005.

June 29, 2018 - On Wednesday, June 20, 2018 the United States Marshals Service, Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force ended a ten day long operation (nicknamed “Hopscotch”) in three separate counties that resulted in sixty-two (62) violent offenders being taken off the street. The criminal histories of those violent offenders amounted to 1,403 pages.


June 27, 2018 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of William Hurt, 25, in Simpson, PA. In March of 2018, the Scranton Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Hurt with aggravated assault, robbery and various other offenses for an incident that occurred on March 15, 2018. It is alleged that Hurt physically beat and took some possessions belonging to the victim.


June 26, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Maleak Benjamin, 21, and James Benjamin, 40, in Williamsport, PA. The Williamsport City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Maleak and James Benjamin with robbery and various other offenses for an incident that occurred in April 2018.


June 22, 2018 - This week, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force featured a couple as the “Fugitive of the week”, Joseph Coutu, 23 and Katelin Arsenault, 21. Thanks to the watchful eyes of the Laconia Police Department both Coutu and Arsenault were located and arrested last evening.


June 18, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Charles Williams in Williamstown, PA. On March 24, 2018, Harrisburg Police were called to Double D’s Bar on 19th Street for a report of shots fired. Responding officers found two individuals in the parking lot, each with multiple gunshot wounds.  Both were transported to area hospitals. One of them, Jawan Washington, was later pronounced deceased. Through the investigation, the Harrisburg Police idendified Williams, as the suspect.


June 16, 2018 - On Thursday, June 14, Erick Salvador Enriquez-Aranda, 43, also known as El Ericko, was extradited to the Republic of Mexico after his arrest in Phoenix, AZ. Enriquez-Aranda was wanted by the Mexican State of Sonora on homicide charges.


June 11, 2018 - Combined efforts of the U.S. Marshals Service, the Coburg Police Department, the Eugene Police Department, the Lane County District Attorney’s Office, Oregon State Police, the University of Oregon Police Department, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office sent a strong message to sex offenders in Lane County: Comply with all sex offender laws and registration requirements.


June 11, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Richmond arrested a woman who is wanted for murder and numerous robberies in Sonoma County, California. Amber Hembree, nicknamed ‘Skittles’, was one of five alledged Crips gang members who robbed then shot and killed their victim in Santa Rosa, California. Hembree then fled the state of California to avoid arrest.


June 07, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force received the Investigative Merit Award today at the 2018 Valor Awards. The award, presented by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, was in recognition for the work of the U.S. Marshals in tracking down violent offenders throughout 2017.


June 07, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service, District of Columbia – Superior Court Office’s Sex Offender Investigations Squad arrested and prosecuted its 205th sex offender for registration violations.


June 07, 2018 - This week’s “Fugitive of the week”, Scott Pelletier, was located and arrested in Farmington along with two of his friends this morning. This past Wednesday, Mr. Pelletier had been featured as the “Fugitive of the Week.” Pelletier was being sought on multiple outstanding arrest warrants, including two narcotic charges out of Strafford County Superior Court, as well as a theft of services and a simple assault charges out of Rochester District Court.


June 01, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are assisting the New Haven Police Department and are asking for the public’s help in locating and arresting Tramaine Marquise Poole, 41, who is wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting death that occurred on the evening of May 31st as well as an arrest warrant for a shooting incident that occurred on May 7th in New Haven.


June 01, 2018 - Members of the Operation Intercept Violent Fugitive Task Force for the District of South Carolina request the public’s assistance in locating Curtis Ray Green. Green, 20, also known as “Ray Ray” was housed at the Orangeburg County Detention Center and was awaiting trial for an alleged homicide that occurred on March 20, 2015.


June 01, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jaimie Mozelski, 35, in Mount Pleasant Mills, PA. The Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Mozelski with multiple counts of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another, fleeing and eluding and additional offenses for an incident occurring on May 13, 2018 in the Borough of Duryea.


June 01, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals and the FBI are alerting the public of several nationwide imposter scams involving individuals claiming to be U.S. marshals, court officers, or other law enforcement officials. They are urging people to report the calls their local FBI office, and file a consumer complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.


May 30, 2018 - An investigation into one murderer led to arrest of another attempted murderer. Joel Mccool was wanted for murder out of the Portland, Oregon area. Investigators with the Marshals Fugitive Task Force thought he might be in the Memphis area. The Sheriffs Fugitive Apprehension Team was brought in to assist. During the course of the investigation Lynn Gillespie was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force. He had a warrant out of Shelby County for Attempted 2nd degree murder and Aggravated Assault.


May 30, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service led Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force in the District of Puerto Rico arrested a man wanted on a federal narcotics violation warrant and in connection with a triple homicide. Jose Jimenez Echevarria aka: “Cuba” was a top ten most wanted by the U.S. Marshals in Puerto Rico for a federal narcotic warrant from a 2017 FBI indictment.


May 30, 2018 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a woman wanted by the West Virginia Department of Corrections and the West Virginia State Police on parole violations. Christina Cuddy, 38, formerly of Brown Road in Falling Waters, was convicted of child abuse by parent (serious bodily injury) and was required to register as a child abuser.


May 24, 2018 - First, “Fugitive of the Week”, Robert Twombly, was arrested last night by members of the Alton Police Department at a local motel. Today, members of the U.S. Marshal’s - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force were able to track down and arrest “Fugitive of the Week,” Richard Boden, at a Nashua job site.


May 23, 2018 - Last week’s “Fugitive of the Week”, Julion Parker, was located and arrested in Italy on Monday, May 21st. On May 16, 2018, Mr. Parker had been featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” after being indicted in Federal Court in Concord, NH by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and making false statements during the acquisition of a firearm.


May 23, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service Western District of Oklahoma’s Metro Fugitive Task Force partnered with the Oklahoma City Police Department to execute a warrant operation from April 9-30. Targets of this operation, dubbed Operation Disruption, were identified as known gang members with violent criminal histories and outstanding warrants or subjects with felony warrants.


May 21, 2018 - U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a State of Vermont fugitive, whose whereabouts were unknown since January, 2018. Joshua Preston was arrested on Friday, May 17, 2018 in Barre City, Vermont when located by Deputy U.S. Marshals, members of the VVOTF, the Vermont State Police and the Barre City Police. Preston was wanted by the State of Vermont Department of Corrections, Probation and Parole (P&P), Chittenden County Division on an Escape from Furlough Warrant.


May 18, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service arrested an unregistered sex offender wanted by the State of Vermont, who was on the run for 2 two years. On May 16, 2018 James Joseph Rivers, was arrested in Cottage Grove, Oregon when located by members of the United States Marshals Service and the Cottage Grove Police Department.


May 18, 2018 - U.S. Marshal William Sibert of the Eastern District of Missouri, joined by Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal James Tapp, announced today an ongoing effort to arrest individuals with outstanding state and federal felony warrants for gun and drug offenses during the the operation. In all, 154 fugitives from justice were arrested during the first week of the initiative.


May 17, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force and the New Haven Police Department conducted a joint operation to locate and apprehend non-compliant sex offenders in the New Haven area. The individuals had arrest warrants from the New Haven Police Department for Failure to Register as Sex Offender, Failure to Verify Addresses as a Sex Offender, Sexual Assault, and Violation of Probation.


May 16, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Francis and Dorri Smith, 40 and 28 respectively, in Panama City, Florida. On December 20, 2017, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Francis Smith with aggravated assault, fleeing and other related offenses. On January 5, 2018, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Dorri Smith with burglary and other related crimes.


May 16, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the arrest of Kevin Jordan, 20, in Pottstown, PA. On December 19, 2017, law enforcement in Wayne County obtained an arrest warrant charging Jordan with Criminal Homicide, burglary, robbery and other various offenses.


May 08, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Thomas Smith, 36, in Scranton, PA. On May 7, 2018, the Scranton Police Department responded to a report of a bank robbery at the FNCB Bank on North Keyser Ave. The investigation revealed that the suspect said he had a gun and demanded a teller give him money. The suspect was later identified as Smith.


May 07, 2018 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the assistance of the public in locating fugitive Julie Bolinger, 40, formerly of Bunker Hill, West Virginia. Julie Bolinger is wanted by the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office on charges of distribution of heroin.


May 07, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Travis Stambaugh, 32, in Camp Hill, PA. On April 18, 2016, the Lewistown Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Stambaugh with criminal attempt – criminal homicide, aggravated assault, robbery and other related offenses for his involvement in a shooting which occurred in Lewistown on April 10th.


May 04, 2018 - On Friday, the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) with assistance from the FBI Violent Crimes and Pasco Police Department Street Crimes Unit arrested Jaime Larios Miranda and Kameron Grey Mullaly in Pasco, Washington.


May 01, 2018 - During of the month of April, the U.S. Marshals Service honored and recognized victims of crime by conducting “Operation Justice 2018”. The initiative involved 16 law enforcement agencies from Maricopa and Pinal counties. In order to have the greatest impact on victim crimes, the operation employed a systematic and sustained approach to target and arrest violent fugitives wanted for higher level felony crimes including Homicide, Robbery, Sexual Assault, Dangerous Drugs, and Aggravated Assault.


May 01, 2018 - This afternoon murder suspect Elias Jamar Rivers, 34, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals from the Eastern District of North Carolina, Raleigh office. Rivers was arrested on the 3000 Blk of Emmaus Church Rd Mt. Olive, NC.


April 30, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are still searching for 15 Most Wanted fugitive and murder suspect, Robert Lee King, who has eluded Memphis, Tennessee, authorities for 13 years. Marshals hope releasing a new age-progression photo of King will generate new information of his whereabouts and finally lead to his arrest.


April 30, 2018 - “Fugitive of the Week”, Jessica Haynes, 45, surrendered this morning at the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office. Haynes was wanted for failure to appear on drug offenses.


April 26, 2018 - Tip411 anonymous tips led to the arrest of “Fugitive of the Week”, Wesley Barkley. Barkley was arrested without incident by the U.S. Marshals fugitive task force at a residence on Foxfire Road in Cowpens, SC. Mr. Barkley was wanted on an outstanding Rockingham County arrest warrant for failure to appear on a charge of assault on a minor.


April 26, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the arrest of Sharif Gabriel Colon, 18, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. On April 22, 2018, the Virginia Beach (VA) Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Colon with murder for his involvement in the incident that occurred in April of 2018.


April 20, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Kenneth Tonic, 28, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Edwardsville Boro Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Tonic with multiple counts of aggravated assault and violation of an order for an incident occurring on March 18, 2018.


April 20, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jacob Hess, 42, in York, PA. On April 19, 2018, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Hess with rape of a child, sexual assault and indecent assault person less than 13 years of age.


April 20, 2018 - The manhunt for fugitive grandmother Lois Riess is over. U.S. Marshals arrested Riess at approximately 8:25 p.m. CDT Thursday at a restaurant in South Padre Island, Texas. Wanted in Lee County, Florida, for murder, Riess allegedly killed 59-year-old Pamela Hutchinson in a Fort Myers Beach condo on or about April 5.


April 19, 2018 - “Fugitive of the week”, Nicholas Peterson, 25, surrendered this morning to the Haverhill Police Department. Peterson surrendered after feeling both the pressure of investigators closing in on his location and his family and friends encouraging him to surrender.


April 18, 2018 - U.S. Marshals and the Virginia Beach Fugitive Unit arrested today a man on the run from sex crimes in South Carolina. Chauncey Terikas Bradley, 35, had been on the run for two months. Bradley was charged with multiple counts of first, second, and third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.


April 17, 2018 - U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s assistance in tracking down an armed and dangerous gang member on the run from a murder charge. Thomas Nesmith, 24, fled to New York since the murder and may still be hiding in New York.


April 16, 2018 - After being featured on Wednesday as “Fugitive of the Week”, Christopher Mann, 34, was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in Manchester. Mr Mann was wanted on a U.S. District Court warrant for violation of supervised release.


April 13, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are actively seeking to apprehend a 56-year-old white female wanted for murder. Lois Riess is believed to have murdered Pamela Hutchinson, 59, in a Fort Myers Beach condo on or about April 5. She bears a striking resemblance to the deceased, and has stolen the victim’s driver license, credit cards and 2005 white Acura TL (FL tag Y37TAA). A murder warrant for her arrest was issued by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.


April 13, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the arrest of Omar Reddy, 19, in Bloomsburg, PA. The Philadelphia Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Reddy with attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault and other related offenses for his involvement in a shooting which occurred in Philadelphia on April 2nd.


April 13, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Kalvin Beady, 27, in York, PA. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Beady with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and related offenses for an incident occurring on April 10, 2018. It is alleged that Beady pushed his victim to the floor and stabbed the victim multiple times with a pocket knife.


April 12, 2018 - The United States Marshals Service, Southern District of California’s El Centro Fugitive Task Force in conjunction with the United States Marshals Service Eastern District of Virginia and the Virginia Beach Police Department arrested 30 year old Andre’Jeru Bernard Bigby on Friday. Bigby was wanted out of Virginia Beach, VA for the homicide of 19 year old Jayln Harris.


April 12, 2018 - U.S. Marshals with Oklahoma City and Houston arrested Stephen Michael Paris, 58, this morning in Houston at an office workplace. Paris was one of Oklahoma Department of Corrections’ “Most Wanted,” for his 1981 escape from the Jess Dunn Correctional Center in Muskogee.


April 11, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force in conjunction with Yakima County Sheriff’s Office, LEAD Task Force and Wapato Police Department arrested Lindsey Domonique Albright and Louis Francisco Aguilar in Wapato, Washington. Albright, 20 and Aguilar 26, were wanted by the Yakima Sheriff’s Office in connection with a drive-by shooting that took place in the Terrace Heights area of Yakima, WA.


April 10, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the arrest of Sharif Robinson, 27, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. On April 2, 2016, the Union County (NJ) Prosecutors Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Robinson with murder and other related offenses after it was alleged that he shot and killed a person in Elizabeth, NJ.


April 07, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Jim Clark for the District of the Virgin Islands announced the arrest of federal escapee Nathaniel Thomas who was wanted for Escape and Ivan James wanted for Double Homicide by the Virgin Islands Police Department.


April 06, 2018 - On April 5, 2018, the U.S. Marshals Service and Mexico authorities arrested Northwest Arkansas sex offender Stephen Morais in Zacatecas, Mexico. Morais was wanted on two outstanding federal warrants for Probation Violation and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, as well as a state warrant for Violation of Sex Offender Registry issued by the Fayetteville Police Department.


April 06, 2018 - This morning, Ismael Perez-Barraza, 28, was deported to the United States after his arrest in a Culiacan, Sinaloa yesterday afternoon. Perez-Barraza was wanted by the Phoenix Police Department on charges of Homicide.


April 05, 2018 - On April 3rd, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Richmond arrested a man who was wanted for numerous charges in Chesterfield, Virginia including Felonious Assault and Battery of a Police Officer. On March 23, Hollis Freeman was a passenger in a vehicle which was stopped by a Chesterfield Police Officer. Freeman was known by the officer but gave a false name. After exiting the vehicle Freeman assaulted the officer and fled on foot.


April 04, 2018 - Last night, “Fugitive of the Week”, James Labombard, 42, surrendered to the Nashua Police Department. Mr. Labombard had been featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on March 28, 2018. Labombard was wanted on an outstanding Nashua Police Department warrant for failing to maintain his sex offender registration.


April 03, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help to locate Raymond “RJ” McLeod, who is wanted for murder. McLeod may be using aliases of Matt or Mateo, and is believed to be on the run in Central America or Mexico.


April 03, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Phillip Smith, 42, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. On August 27, 2017, the Pittston Police Department conducted an investigation into rape allegations. It is alleged that Smith had sexual encounters with a minor on multiple occasions in August of 2017.

March 30, 2018 - Thanks to tips from the public generated by extensive media coverage, the U.S. Marshals arrested today in Jacksonville, Florida, a Virginia man wanted for a 2015 murder in Portsmouth, Virginia. Darryl Faine had been living under the alias “Carl Jones” for at least two years, working under-the-table jobs and bouncing between different residences, with acquaintances in Jacksonville knowing him as Carl Jones.


March 29, 2018 - On March 27, 2018, a 20 month old missing child from Tucson, Arizona, was returned to the United States by Mexican authorities through the DeConcini Port of Entry in Nogales, Arizona. On Jan. 31, 2018, Jeanette Lopez had a supervised visit with her 18 month old daughter who is in DCS custody. Lopez took her child during the supervised visit and fled to Mexico to avoid capture.


March 28, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals led Western Arkansas Fugitive Task Force (WATF) has arrested Carlos Gomez-Aguilar in Springdale, AR. Gomez-Aguilar was identified as a suspect by Fayetteville Police Department Detectives following a shooting that took place at the Silver Dollar Cabaret in Fayetteville on January 21, 2018.


March 28, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the arrest of Abdullah Friend, 27, in Williamsport, PA. On March 27, 2018, the Williamsport City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Friend with Criminal Homicide and other various offenses.


March 27, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Naquan Shider, 27, in Kingston, PA. On March 5, 2018, the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Shider with robbery and various other offenses for an incident that occurred in May 2016 in Mount Pocono Borough.


March 27, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals and ATF are seeking the public’s help in locating and arresting Nathaniel Thomas, 28 years old, who is wanted for Escape. The U.S. Marshals and ATF have increased the cash reward to $10,000 for information leading to the capture of Thomas.


March 20, 2018 - U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Virginia man who has been on the run from murder charges for over two years. Darryl Reginald Faine, 54, is wanted for a 2015 murder that occurred in Portsmouth, Virginia.


March 19, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Louie Rivera, 27, in Girardville, PA. On February 25, 2018, the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole issued an arrest warrant charging Rivera with violating his conditions of parole. Rivera was also wanted by the Minersville Police Department for attempted homicide.


March 16, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Nathan Yankelov, 19, in Stewartstown, PA. On March 14, 2018, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Yankelov with rape forcible compulsion and other related offense.


March 16, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force teamed up with the U.S. Marshals New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force to arrest a violent fugitive, whose whereabouts were unknown. Shawn Daniels, 35, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was arrested in Woodstock, Vermont.


March 16, 2018 - A two-time convicted sex offender on board a train bound for California had his flight from justice derailed by U.S. Marshals early today. William Hemphill (aka Andy), who turns 39 today, was arrested on an outstanding federal arrest warrant after three weeks on the run.


March 15, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service led Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) arrested Clemente Morales III in Redmond, Washington. Morales, 34, is a known “Sureno” gang member, who was wanted for Aggravated Assault with a gun in connection with a shooting that took place on March 04, 2018 outside the Minda Lanes Bowling Alley in Yakima, WA.


March 15, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Joshua Depew, 36, at a business in Danville, PA. On March 8, 2018, the Berwick Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Depew with burglary, robbery and other related offenses – after it was alleged that he and others entered a Berwick residence posing as police officers.


March 15, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Mustafa Jamison, 35, in York, PA which occurred on March 14, 2018. The Springettsbury Township Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Jamison with aggravated assault, simple assault, strangulation and harassment.


March 15, 2018 - After being featured as yesterday’s “Fugitive of the Week”, Angela Gauthier, 34, was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in Tilton. s. Gauthier was wanted on a Belknap County warrant for failure to appear for the charges of felon in possession of firearms and possession of controlled drugs.


March 15, 2018 - James Porter, 47, was featured as the fugitive of the week on March 7 and was arrested yesterday by an officer with the Jaffrey Police Department. Mr. Porter was wanted on a federal arrest warrant for supervised release violations stemming from an original conviction and sentence for interstate transportation of stolen goods.


March 14, 2018 - On March 13, 2018, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Keith Tansil in Smyrna. Tansil was wanted by the Nashville Metro Police Department following an AMBER Alert out of Goodlettsville. Tansil is accused of taking three children at gunpoint early Sunday morning. The children were recovered shortly after the AMBER Alert was issued, while Tansil remained at large. As a result of the incident, the Goodlettsville Police Department charged Tansil with the following three counts: Interfering with an Emergency Call, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Especially Aggravated Kidnapping.

 

March 13, 2018 - United States Marshal Michael McGowan announced today the arrest of Brian Lewis, 37, of Wilmington. Lewis was wanted by Wilmington Police for a burglary charge. Lewis was charged with burglary 2nd and offensive touching from an incident that occurred on December 31, 2017 in the 1300 block of Banning St., Wilmington, DE.


March 12, 2018 - On January 5, 2018, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office met with Deputy United States Marshals to request assistance in locating and apprehending Cory Oxford. Oxford, 26, was wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for 2 Counts of Rape and Transportation of a Minor for Prohibited Sexual Conduct.


March 12, 2018 - George Simon, 36, was arrested for his involvement in a brazen daytime robbery of a local high end clothing store in which he and an accomplice entered the business carrying an AK47 style assault rifle and ordered staffers and customers to the ground while they made off with merchandise valued at approximately $60,000.


March 09, 2018 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the arrest of David Bell, 27, in Harrisburg, PA. On January 29, 2018, the North Little Rock Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Bell with capital murder and aggravated robbery.


March 08, 2018 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Sean Heilman, 24, in York, PA. On March 6, 2018, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Heilman with aggravated indecent assault of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with child, indecent assault person less than 13 years of age and corruption of minors.


March 06, 2018 - On Monday, the U.S. Marshals Service led Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) arrested Ronald Edward Taylor Jr. in Selah, Washington. Taylor, 21, was wanted in connection with a string of arson-related fires that took place over the weekend in the Yakima area.


March 06, 2018 - A high risk sex offender on the run from Texas was arrested today by U.S. Marshals in Florrisant, Colorado. Dakota Marcus Stewart, 26, was apprehended by U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force in the District of Colorado at approximately 12 pm central time, based on a lead sent from the U.S. Marshal’s North Texas Fugitive Task Force.


March 05, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are auctioning approximately 2,170 bitcoins in connection with various federal criminal, civil and administrative cases during a six-hour period March 19 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. EDT. To register, potential bidders must complete all registration requirements by noon EDT March 14. A $200,000 deposit is required to participate. Deposits will be returned to non-winning bidders.


March 05, 2018 - Notorious gang member Larry “Larry Love” Scott, 26, was arrested and charged with the infamous slaying of 1-year-old victim Keira Holmes who was killed in the cross fire of a gun battle between rival gang members in the courtyard of the Calliope housing development.


March 02, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help in locating and arresting Jahmari “Wack” Cooper, 18, who is wanted by Bridgeport Police for Murder. Cooper is the suspect in the October 11, 2017 shooting in the Greene Homes Housing complex that resulted in the death of Jeri Kollack.


February 27, 2018 - The long awaited capture for Texas fugitive Freddie Alaniz is finally over. Alaniz was arrested yesterday in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. The fugitive is the alleged suspect in a 2006 murder of a San Antonio man. Alaniz also had other outstanding arrest warrants involving sexual assault of a child and possession of marijuana. He quickly made the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Top-10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.


February 23, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals District of Maryland and the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force were the lead entities for a two-month operation that resulted in 259 arrests in Baltimore from Dec. 16 to Feb. 10. Of the 259 arrests, 10 of the suspects were wanted for murder, 10 for attempted murder and 76 for aggravated assault or assault.


February 22, 2018 - This morning, Naquan Clarke was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals from Connecticut and New York City. Clarke was spotted inside a residence on 157th St. in Queens but refused to open the door. U.S. Marshals were eventually able to gain entry through an open window of the residence and were able to arrest Clarke, who was wanted for aggravated assault, without further incident.


February 22, 2018 - Christopher Lawrence was arrested earlier today for sixteen separate sex crimes by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. Lawrence was wanted by St. Charles County, Missouri for the following: one count of 1st degree child molestation, two counts of 1st degree statutory sodomy, five counts of 2nd degree statutory sodomy, six counts of 2nd degree statutory rape, and two counts of 2nd degree rape.


February 21, 2018 - Members of the U.S. Marshal’s fugitive task force from New Hampshire, along with members of the Lawrence (MA) Police Department, were able to locate and arrest “Fugitive of the Week,” Daryl Gurley, at a local bakery/restaurant in Lawrence. Mr. Gurley was wanted on numerous outstanding arrest warrants, including three alleged armed bank robberies, in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.


February 14, 2018 - On Monday evening, Daniel Teed was arrested in Flagstaff, Arizona. Teed was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service in Pennsylvania for failure to surrender to serve 120 months at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The U.S. Marshals led task force, Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force with the critical assistance from the Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force apprehended the subject without incident.


February 13, 2018 - Members of the U.S. Marshal’s fugitive task force from Massachusetts, along with members of the Haverhill (MA) Police Department were able to safely arrest “Fugitive of the Week,” Benjamin Rodriguez, at a local restaurant in Haverhill, MA. Mr. Rodriguez was wanted on multiple arrest warrants in both NH and Massachusetts. The first was a NH Parole warrant for an underlying offenses of aggravated felonious sexual assault. The second and third offenses involved Rodriguez’s failure to comply with the sex offender registry.


February 07, 2018 - On Wednesday, the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force arrested Jesus Guillermo ‘Memo’ Salas-Rubio in Spokane, Washington. Salas-Rubio was wanted by Washington State Department of Corrections and the Kennewick Police Department in connection with a shooting that took place the evening of Jan. 22 at the Baymont Inn in Kennewick.


February 07, 2018 - Tuesday evening, members of the U.S. Marshal’s fugitive task force were able to locate “Fugitive of the Week,” James Benny Hobbs, at a hotel in St Augustine, Florida. James Hobbs had been featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on January 31, 2018.

Richard Kirkland "Kirk" Bowden shined as an example of a man brave enough to travel the unlit, shadowy roads of risk. As a young African American Deputy United States Marshal (DUSM), he saw to the off-campus safety of James Meredith, the transfer student who broke the color barrier at the University of Mississippi, from late 1962 through August 1963. Kirk Bowden took risks few understood - or even knew.


February 04, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals Service led Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force announces the arrest of Jorge Acevedo Martinez aka “Champu” in an exclusive residential area of the Dominican Republic capital. Acevedo Martinez was arrested by U.S. Marshals assigned to the Dominican Republic and members of the National Directory for Drug Control.

February 01, 2018 - Three weeks after a nationwide media campaign, a man charged with murdering his ex-girlfriend and her father is in custody. Amos Jacob Arroyo had been on the run for six months before turning himself in to police in Texas late Wednesday.


January 31, 2018 - Carlton Depeyster was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force on Angelica St, in Charlotte, NC. Depeyster was arrested with another male, Paul Comer, also wanted in Connecticut on a state Parole Warrant. Depeyster did attempt to flee from law enforcement leading them on a brief foot chase which eventually ended with Depeyster in custody without further incident. Comer was also taken into custody without incident.


January 31, 2018 - United States Marshal Michael McGowan announced today the arrest of Samuel Rhodes of Pennsylvania. Rhodes was wanted by Marcus Hook Township in Pennsylvania for several charges stemming from an armed home invasion.


January 31, 2018 - Members of the U.S. Marshal’s fugitive task force were able to capture “Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Eaton during a motor vehicle stop in Manchester, NH. Mr. Eaton was wanted on two arrest warrants. The first was a NH Parole warrant for an underlying offense of larceny. The second more serious warrant issued by the Haverhill (MA) Police Department alleges that Mr. Eaton impersonated a police officer and sexually assaulted a female while impersonating a police officer.


January 30, 2018 - United States Marshal Michael McGowan announced today the arrest of shooting suspect, Tevin Beatty, of Wilmington. Beatty was wanted by the Wilmington Police Department for several charges stemming from an August shooting incident.


January 26, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals led Western Arkansas Fugitive Task Force, along with the Springdale Police Department and Washington County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Odell Rhodes in the Hickory Flat area in East Washington County on Thursday afternoon. Rhodes was wanted by the Springdale Police Department on theft charges and fleeing from law enforcement in a motor vehicle.


January 25, 2018 - Thousands of law enforcement personnel from across the country joined friends, family and members of the public in Hershey, Pennsylvania to honor the memory of slain Deputy U.S. Marshal Christopher Hill, who was killed Jan. 18 in Harrisburg while serving an arrest warrant.


January 24, 2018 - Shortly after being featured as today’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Scott Cross was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in Manchester. Information was quickly developed indicating that Mr. Cross was residing in an apartment at a residence in Manchester, NH.


January 23, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are alerting the public of several nationwide imposter scams involving individuals claiming to be U.S. marshals, court officers, or other law enforcement officials. They are urging people to report the calls not only to their local U.S. Marshals Service office, but also to the Federal Trade Commission.


January 22, 2018 - This afternoon “Fugitive of the Week,” Steven Sanders, surrendered to the U.S. Marshals after being featured just last Wednesday. Mr. Sanders had been wanted on an arrest warrant for violations of federal supervised release. Sanders is on supervised release as a result of his prior conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm.


January 22, 2018 - Members of the news media will be allowed very limited access to the memorial services for slain Deputy U.S. Marshal Christopher D. Hill, who was fatally shot while serving an arrest warrant January 18, 2018, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.


January 19, 2018 - U.S. Marshal Conrad E. Candelaria was asked to participate in Rudolfo Anaya Elementary’s annual “Community Read” event. Community leaders representing many different professional careers throughout Albuquerque came together to share their personal stories of education and success in their current careers and read to students.


January 18, 2018 - Numbers-wise, 2017 was a good year for the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, Memphis office. The task force had a total of 487 arrests. To break those numbers down further, that includes 26 arrests for murder, 65 arrests for sex crimes, five arrests for kidnapping, and 107 weapons related arrests.


January 18, 2018 - Accused murderer Mardeus Phillips, wanted for the Dec. 21 fatal shooting of Louis Lisi outside the North Nashville Z-Mart, was apprehended in Memphis by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force, a Shelby County K-9 unit and the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Team.


January 18, 2018 - Deputy U.S. Marshal Christopher David Hill, 45, died in the line of duty at approximately 6:30 a.m. today while serving a warrant on a fugitive in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  Deputy Hill was an 11-year veteran of the U.S. Marshals Service assigned to the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was part of a Marshals Service task force executing a warrant for the arrest of Shayla Lynette Towles Pierce, who was wanted by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police for terroristic threat offenses.


January 16, 2018 - The U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help in finding an escaped prisoner, Jerry Mercado, who absconded from the Carl Robinson Correctional Facility in Enfield, Connecticut on January 07, 2018. Mercado is a convicted burglar who was serving a state sentence. The U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force is now offering a cash award of up to $2,500 dollars for information leading to the arrest of Mercado.


January 12, 2018 - On the evening of January 11th, U.S. Marshals Service District of New Mexico Most Wanted fugitive Luis Leyba was located and arrested in the area of Calle Kryshanna street in Santa Fe.

Michael Baitz wanted out of Bernalillo County on an alleged count of 1st degree murder stemming from an incident that took place in December of 2017

December 20, 2017 - U.S. Marshals are wrapping up another successful year of tracking down violent fugitives. Dozens of fugitives wanted outside of Virginia were arrested locally, and hundreds of Hampton Roads fugitives were tracked down all over the country.

December 14, 2017 - Late last night, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Michael Francis, 28, was arrested by members of the Maine State Police. This investigation was conducted by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, which had been working on this case intensively since Monday.


December 13, 2017 - On December 12, 2017 The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico, South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Taskforce apprehended Jason Bonilla.Jason Bonilla a high risk parolee from the State of California allegedly cut off his ankle monitoring system and went on the run in July of 2017.


December 12, 2017 - Over 300 law enforcement agents and officers executed a coordinated takedown Dec. 6, resulting in the arrest of more than 30 individuals for their respective roles in selling drugs while armed or other firearm related criminal acts.


December 12, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service and Task Force Officers from the United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force added Paul Anthony Collins, Dakota Strausser and Robert Jones to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted. Collins is wanted for allegedly violating his terms of probation for charges that include aggravated fleeing a Law Enforcement officer and evading arrest.

December 7, 2017 - The United States Marshal Service in the District of New Mexico added three individuals to the New Mexico Most Wanted Program. Jesse Dickerson, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute more than 50 kilograms of amphetamines, and sentenced to 10 years in prison.


December 6, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico South West Investigative Fugitive Team task force, following an extensive fugitive investigation, today apprehended a man wanted for allegedly running over his girlfriend in northeast Albuquerque Nov. 14.


December 6, 2017 - On Thursday, the U.S. Marshals-led Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force for the Western District of Washington, along with the Snohomish County Sherriff’s Office, located a missing 5-year-old child in Lynnwood, Washington. The child, who had been abducted by her biological father Michael Stevens, 48, had been missing for three years.


December 5, 2017 - A U.S. Marshals Service fugitive task force today arrested a Harrisburg homicide suspect in Johnstown. Derrick Butler, 30, was wanted by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police on a November 25 warrant, charging him with criminal homicide and possession of firearm prohibited.

December 4, 2017 - A Monroe County rape suspect who fled to Alaska to avoid apprehension was arrested in Delta Junction, Alaska, Dec. 1. The Pocono Township Police Department obtained an arrest warrant Nov. 22 charging Mark Miller, 38, with rape, forcible compulsion and other sex offenses of a minor. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in Monroe County from 2005 through 2015.


December 1, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico has added a violent offender to “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Dominic Garcia is wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department for homicide.


December 1, 2017 - U.S. Marshals today arrested a Chicago man identified as the suspect in a November 2016 homicide in Chicago. Justin Smith, 31, was identified in a June 26 warrant and wanted on charges of first-degree homicide.

November 26, 2017 - John Bivins, 47, was captured by the U.S. Marshal led Pacific Southwest Regional Task Force in the 16000 block of Foothill Blvd in San Leandro, CA at approximately 9:30 am this morning. After the capture of Tramel McClough on Tuesday at a WalMart in Stockton, the task force, which is comprised of a multitude of law enforcement agencies, continued to search for Bivins.


November 26, 2017 - On Sunday, the U.S. Marshal-led Pacific Southwest Regional Task Force captured the second armed robbery suspect who escaped from a Palo Alto courthouse earlier this month. John Bivins, 47, was arrested in the 16000 block of Foothill Blvd. in San Leandro, California, at approximately 9:30 a.m.


November 22, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Middle District of Alabama and the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force announce the arrest of Shane Vernon. Vernon was wanted for escaping the Coosa County, Alabama, jail Sunday.


November 22, 2017 - Members of a U.S. Marshals-led fugitive task force today arrested in York a man wanted by the Maryland State Police for first degree assault during a road rage incident Aug. 11. Emmanuel Villalobos-Mendez, 29, is alleged to have brandished a firearm at two adults who were traveling with a small child at the time of the incident.


November 22, 2017 - The Leona Tate Foundation and U.S. Marshals Eastern District of Louisiana celebrated the annual anniversary of public school desegration in New Orleans with a commemorative ceremony at the Lower Ninth Ward Living Museum on Nov. 18.

Monday the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant Jose Castro-Oquendo, 31, and Juan Castro-Oquendo, 35, charging them with criminal homicide.


July 11, 2017 - A suspect wanted for murder in Memphis ran to Dallas, but he could not evade U.S. Marshals task forces. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant June 30 for the arrest of Avalon Davis on charges of first-degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated robbery.

June 30, 2017 - Fugitive teenager Taymor Travon McIntyre, 17, wanted for Capital Murder, is now in custody. McIntyre was apprehended this afternoon at approximately 2 pm Eastern Standard Time in Elizabeth, New Jersey by the U.S. Marshals’ New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.

June 27, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public today of a telephone scam involving a fraudulent caller contacting members of the public and alleging they have an active federal arrest warrant or bench warrant and demanding payment of fines.


June 26, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public’s assistance in apprehending a violent fugitive. The U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force is currently searching for fugitive Taymor Travon McIntyre, wanted for Capital Murder. McIntyre is approximately 5 ft, 7 inches tall, and 124 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a medium brown complexion.


June 26, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service added John Sena to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted List earlier this morning. Sena was arrested this afternoon by the New Mexico Corrections Department Security Threat Investigations Unit and the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force Officers.


June 26, 2017 - On 6/23/2017 wanted Fugitive Hoyt Lynn Inman was spotted entering the Mesilla Mall. New Mexico State Police was notified and located Inman attempting to find a place to hide. Inman seemed to realize that there was nowhere to hide when he began running and was quickly surrounded by police. Inman gave up and was taken into custody without further incident. Inman was wanted by the NM Department of Corrections for a Probation Violation for Burglary of a Residence/Larceny.


June 26, 2017 - Last Thursday night, “Fugitive of the Week,” Ryan Faulconer, was arrested by the Salem, NH Police Department. According to reports from the Salem Police, loss prevention from the Salem Walmart contacted the police after someone was observed departing the store with a television without paying and getting into a car.


June, 23, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service-led task force in the Eastern District of North Carolina arrested a man wanted in Arizona for violating the terms of his period of supervised release following a federal conviction for illegal re-entry of a removed alien. U.S. Marshals investigators in Arizona developed information that indicated Omar Vasquez-Roman was possibly in North Carolina and requested the assistance of the Eastern District of North Carolina Violent Fugitive Task Force.


June 22, 2017 - The United States Marshal’s - NH Joint Fugitive Task Force - has been requested to assist in the location of escaped Belknap County prisoner, Tamara Ipock. During the afternoon of June, 22, 2017, Ipock was being transported to the Belknap County Jail, when she was able to free herself from one of her handcuffs, and flee from the transport vehicle.


June 20, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of homicide suspects, Deshawn Taylor and George Bermudez in Scranton and York respectively.


June 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is offering up to a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of two fugitives (James Osler and Requon Dillard) stemming from the shooting of an elderly Platte County man during an Armed Robbery in February 2017.

Colbert was on trial in April, 2017, for Evading Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, and Attempted Tampering with Evidence.


June 15, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Marlenea Uravage in Nanticoke, PA. The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Uravage with Assault for an incident occurring on May 28, 2017.


June 15, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Kareem Henderson in Chambersburg. On May 5, 2017 authorities in North Carolina obtained an arrest warrant charging Henderson with two counts of first degree Murder.


June 15, 2017 - This morning, “Fugitive of the Week,” Jerome Carter was discovered living in Farmington, NH. The fugitive task force saw Mr. Carter leaving a residence in New Durham, NH in a car this morning. This car was stopped by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the New Durham and the Farmington Police Departments. Carter had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for Violating his Conditions of Supervised Release, after being convicted and sentenced on a federal charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.


June 13, 2017 - 15 Most Wanted Capture - A man who was on the U.S. Marshals’ 15 Most Wanted list for a double homicide committed in 2011 in Dorchester, Mass., was captured in Haiti and has been brought back to the U.S. to face charges. Jean Weevens Janvier was placed on the 15 Most Wanted list in February 2016.


June 10, 2017 - On June 09, 2017 Investigators with the United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force and Detectives with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andrew Eastman. Eastman was an escaped inmate from South Dakota and was also wanted for questioning in relation to a homicide that occurred in Rapid City South Dakota.


June 09, 2017 - Police have charged and arrested the suspect from a recent deadly Ocean View shooting. Jamal Branch was captured in Portsmouth last night by U.S. Marshals along with the Norfolk and Portsmouth fugitive squads.


June 07, 2017 - Thanks to a Crime Line tip, a convicted sex offender on the run from new sexual assault charges has been arrested on the opposite side of the country. Daniel Arnold Nickerson was arrested by the U.S. Marshals in San Francisco last night near a homeless shelter he had been residing at.


June 06, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Joshua Ragland. Ragland was wanted by the Springfield Police Department for Felonious Assault, Discharging a Firearm, and Weapons Under Disability.


June 02, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Eastern District of Tennessee announced today the apprehension of Ryan Edward Wilson, of Huntsville, Alabama. Wilson was arrested Thursday evening in Newport, TN, by a team of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force officers, and Cocke County Sheriff’s deputies.


June 01, 2017 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Steven Bussiere, was arrested by the Manchester Police and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Bussiere had been wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first warrant was issued by the NH Parole Board for violations of parole, stemming from an original conviction and sentence for Robbery; the second warrant was issued by the Goffstown Police Department, alleging that Bussiere had committed the crime of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault.


May 31, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Tito Arita Cruz, of Williamsport, Maryland. Cruz had been charged by the West Virginia State Police with four counts of Sexual Assault of a Minor in Berkeley County.


May 30, 2017 - This past Friday, “Fugitive of the Week,” Christopher Rabbia, was arrested by the Boston Police Department in the vicinity of 800 Boylston Street, near the Prudential Center. Rabbia had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for violations of supervised release, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for Aggravated Identity Fraud.


May 28, 2017 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Vincente Perez, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Epsom Police Department during a vehicle stop just outside of the Epsom traffic circle. Perez had been wanted on outstanding arrest warrants from both the NH Parole Board and the Northwood Police Department. The NH Parole Board wanted Perez on parole violations, stemming from his original conviction and sentence for narcotics offenses.


May 23, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico, along with of the New Mexico Department of Correction, apprehended Tyree Mitchell Monday. A second gang member, Manual Torres, was arrested by New Mexico State Police, after a traffic stop.


May 22, 2017 - U.S. Marshals in Florida Monday arrested a Pennsylvania sex offender who had failed to register with the state police.


May 22, 2017 - “Fugitive of the Week” Alan Scholefield, 43, was arrested without incident in Bangor, Maine, May 19. Scholefield had been wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants, including one for a New Hampshire parole violation, and another for aggravated trafficking of drugs in Maine.


May 19, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public of several nationwide telephone scams involving individuals claiming to be U.S. marshals, court officers, or other law enforcement officials.


May 17, 2017 - After seven months on the run, a convicted criminal out of Eastland County has been captured due to the diligence of the U.S. Marshals and their North Texas Fugitive Task Force. Vance Gwinn was wanted out of Eastland County following his convictions on charges of Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Delivery of a Controlled Substance in October 2016.


May 17, 2017 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Shawn Barnes in Elmira, NY. On May 15, 2017, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Barnes with Rape of a Child and other sex offenses.


May 16, 2017 - Hoyt Lynn Inman is wanted by the NM Department of Corrections for a Probation Violation for Burglary of a Residence/Larceny. Due to his violent history, this fugitive should be considered dangerous, especially towards law enforcement. Inman has an extensive violent criminal history and has multiple convictions, including; Aggravated Assault upon Peace Officer with a Deadly Weapon Resulting in Great Bodily Harm or Death, Child Abuse, Burglary of a Vehicle, and Evading Arrest.


May 15, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service is offering up to a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of two fugitives stemming from the shooting of an elderly Platte County man during an armed robbery in February 2017. James Osler and Re'quon Dillard are believed to be at large in the Kansas City metro area following the shooting and both actively receiving assistance by family and friends.


May 15, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrests of Chelsea Robinson and Shane Macnamee. On May 5, 2017, Robinson was being escorted from the Wyoming County Courthouse to the Wyoming County Correctional Facility in Tunkannock, PA. While in custody, Robinson escaped from her escorts and into an awaiting vehicle. The vehicle was allegedly driven by Macnamee. An Escape warrant was immeditaley issued for Robinson and a warrant charging Macamee was issued on May 8th for Conspiracy.


May 15, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico will be conducting Operation “Alpha and Omega,” within New Mexico from May 15, 2017 – December 31, 2017. May 12, 2017 - U.S. Marshals teamed up with the Norfolk fugitive squad, gang squad, and homicide division to capture three homicide suspects and take several firearms off the street this week. All three homicide suspects were taken into custody within 24 hours of their arrest warrants being issued.


May 06, 2017 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico, would like to announce that the U.S. Marshals Service will post a reward for up to $2,000 for information that leads to the arrest of Paul Garcia who escaped from the Sandoval County Detention Center on May 05, 2017.

Greer was charged by the West Mifflin Police Department with Criminal Attempt-Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering another Person, Firearms offenses and Simple Assault.


May 02, 2017 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Charles Town Police Department, Shepherdstown Police Department and West Virginia Department of Parole, arrested Tyler Wynkoop in Kearneysville, WV. Tyler Wynkoop escaped from Pruntytown Correctional Center on March 31, 2017.


May 02, 2017 - This morning, “Fugitive of the Week,” Mark Pate, was arrested without incident on Mallard Avenue in Dorchester, Mass. Pate had been wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for violations of conditions of supervised release. Pate was on supervised release as part of his sentence after being convicted of Aggravated Identity Theft.


April 28, 2017 - In 2017 the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force has been placing extra emphasis on catching fugitives accused of sex crimes. Investigators with the task force located and arrested Larreal Brown in Los Angeles. Brown was wanted by Shelby County on accusations of Aggravated Rape, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault.


April 28, 2017 - Ernest Eugene Reigh, a convicted sex predator who vanished after being released from a state prison in Florida on March 01, 2017 and failing to register his address, was arrested today in Burlington, Vermont, just one day after a media blitz that covered the East Coast.


April 27, 2017 - U.S. Marshals are offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a Florida registered sex predator who vanished after being released from state prison on March 01, 2017 and failing to register his address with the St. Lucie County Jail. Ernest Eugene Reigh was last seen in Fort Pierce, Florida, but officials believe he may be in North Carolina, or on his way to Pennsylvania, where he has relatives.


April 26, 2017 - As Norfolk robbery suspect Lasrenzo Schmidt saw Marshals and Norfolk fugitive investigators coming to his front door in Newport News this morning, he thought he could get away by jumping off the second-story deck in back. Instead of hitting the ground running, Schmidt crash-landed just feet away from Marshals and Norfolk officers waiting below.


April 25, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force is happy to announce the recent arrests of two previously featured “Fugitives of the Week.” Jerry Roberts Jr. was wanted for Parole Violation, Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault; and a Sex Offender Registration violation. James Smith was wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants, including; Failure to Appear on a methamphetamine charge, Possession of Heroin, Criminal Trespass, and Willful Concealment.


April 24, 2017 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Middle District of Alabama is again warning the public of an ongoing jury-duty phone scam where the scammer poses as a U.S. Marshal, Deputy Marshal, or other law enforcement official. The scammer calls the victim to advise that he or she has missed federal jury duty, but can avoid arrest by paying a fine immediately.


April 21, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that during the morning hours of April 21, 2017 the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Jonathan Monroe. Monroe was wanted by the Springfield Police Department for Rape of a Child under 13, Unlawful Sexual Conduct of a Minor, and Gross Sexual Imposition.


April 21, 2017 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jonathan Pudish, and Wellington Arias. The Susquehanna County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant for Pudish charging him with Failure to Comply with the conditions of bail. His original offense stems from an arrest for Possession of Child Pornography. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Arias charging him with Rape of a Child and other various sexual offenses.


April 20, 2017 - On 4/17/17, the U.S. Marshals Alaska Fugitive Task Force traveled to Ketchikan at the request of the Alaska State Troopers to assist in locating and arresting Ketchikan resident, Thomas Shull on his outstanding warrants for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance and Domestic Violence Assault.


 April 20, 2017 - Combined efforts of the U.S. Marshals Service, the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, and multiple police agencies in Nevada led to the arrest of Byron Van Natta in Reno, Nevada. Van Natta was wanted by the Lane County Sheriff’s Office for Sexual Abuse in the first degree, Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the second degree, and Theft in the first degree.


April 20, 2017 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Antoine McNeal yesterday in Wilkes-Barre. On January 19, 2017, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant for McNeal charging him with Criminal Homicide.


April 19, 2017 - Members assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team arrested Manuel Alarcon. Alarcon is a dangerous offender that was wanted for Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor, Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor, Bribery of a Witness, Interfering with Communications, and Child Abuse.


April 18, 2017 - The United States Marshals Service, in cooperation with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Kansas resident Tyler Lloyd McCarley. McCarley was wanted on charges of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Burglary, and Theft.


April 14, 2017 - A team of law enforcement officers, led by U.S. Marshals from Des Moines and Cedar Rapids, Iowa arrested an accused Mississippi carjacker without incident as he was standing outside a department store. Omar Christolis Bankhead was wanted by the Clinton, Miss. Police Department for allegedly carjacking a Mississippi College student at gunpoint in a campus parking garage.
