- Download the prior year tax forms and instructions. Keyword search: 1040.
- If you have a qualifying child or children, you'll need to download Schedule EIC for prior years. This form must be attached to your 1040. Keyword search: EIC
- Order the forms and instructions by calling call 1-800-829-3676. Make sure you indicate the year or years you need the forms and instructions for.
Hurry, Your Time is Running Out To Claim EITC if You Didn't File a Return!
- For 2014, you need to file your tax return by April 17, 2018
- For 2015, you need to file your tax return by April 15, 2019
- For 2016, you need to file your tax return by April 15, 2020
