Senator Paul Simon Study Abroad Program Act of 2017

This bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish the Senator Paul Simon Study Abroad Program. Under the program, grants may be awarded for providing and expanding study abroad opportunities for undergraduate students.
