Welcome to the Vermont Emergency Management Training and Exercise Site! We understand the importance of developing leaders who inspire, coach, and foster innovation. Vermont State Learning Management System (LMS)
The Vermont LMS for the Department of Public Safety (DPS) is live! To attend VEM training, you must have an LMS account; with it, you can browse for training, register, and view your transcript.
