The Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) Program plays an important role in the implementation of the National Preparedness System by supporting the building, sustainment, and delivery of core capabilities essential to achieving the National Preparedness Goal of a secure and resilient nation.
The Emergency Management Performance Grant Program Multi-Year Programmatic Guidance is intended primarily to serve as a support guide for EMPG Program applicants to help those applicants plan grant program activities strategically across multiple years using the same programmatic guidance and guidelines.
