Our outpatient clinic is located at 3850 Shore Dr. Suite 203, Indianapolis, IN 46254.  Phone is (317) 988-1772

Open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The clinic is closed federal holidays. 

The clinic does not offer emergency or inpatient services.    

Veterans can be registered on-site and appointments scheduled. 


The Optical Shop is open Monday - Thursday, closed Friday.

The Veterans Transportation Service can help transport ambulatory Veteran patients that have no other means of transportation to the VA medical facilities – you can get more information about transportation from the VTS office, (317) 988-2472.
