Subject is a 29-year old citizen of Mexico who is currently a previously removed criminal alien wanted for removal. Arellano was convicted of Felony Weapon Offense – Aggravated Discharge of Firearm, Felony Burglary, and Felony Shoplifting. Furthermore, subject is a documented gang member. He was ordered removed by an authorized official on April 24, 2013 and was removed from the U.S. to Mexico on May 1, 2013. Arellano unlawfully reentered the U.S. at an unknown date and despite numerous attempts by ICE to locate his whereabouts, he currently remains at-large.
