2019 National Crime Victims' Rights Week (NCVRW)
Every April, OVC helps lead communities throughout the country in their annual observances of NCVRW, which will be observed in 2019 from April 7–13. This year's theme is Honoring Our Past. Creating Hope for the Future.
The weeklong initiative promotes victims' rights and honors crime victims and those who advocate on their behalf.
