Before we can determine your eligibility, you must be interviewed. Due to household hardship, a face-to-face interview may be waived in favor of a telephone interview on a case-by-case basis. You may file a joint application for both SNAP and TANF or may file a separate application for both programs.
Choose all programs for which you would like to apply. You may submit your application immediately by completing the forms, as long as you have your name, address, and the signature of a responsible household member or your authorized representative.
